Thanks for putting this song back on the map ! Masterful rendition ! Dave Davies is a rock and roll icon that influenced so many guitar players ! And wrote some ingenious stuff as well ! God save the Kinks ❤

It makes me legitimately sad to be reminded of how awesome the AV Club used to be.

No one will ever read this but if someone does please know this song made me cry. Not because I’m sad but because it’s so beautiful. I love the Kinks and this is a wonderful version Dave would approve so much. I think I would want this song played at my celebration of life after I leave this planet.

Dave Davies doesn't get enough credit for having written songs that would have been at the forefront of most other bands. This is an awesome cover.

Oh my GOOOD! Great song. And I love the little unassuming smile at the end. It's like she's saying, "Oh hi, cool, we just finished with our Gods of Rock magic session, we're just funny looking kids again."

Good to see this again. Yeah, they knocked this cover out of the park like no one else.
