Ah that was really great Kellie I found it so relaxing that I nearly nodded off !! Oh gosh what happened then with the grumpy man I’m intrigued !? Those nettles looked abit brutal aswell - well done kellie another great race 💕
Thank you ☺️ ah he was just quite aggressive towards some runners trying to get through the (public) path that ran through his land. He wasn’t having a good day.
Those views look amazing and I’m currently planning on doing it next year however watching your footage I’ll definitely be making sure to pack all my own snacks based on the pretty shoddy look of the ‘aid stations’ 😂
This vlog makes me want to do something similar! A great distance, 16miles, for a 'long run' re: marathon training. Bizarrely I've never thought of a doing a half(sic) off road RACE as a long run, if you see what I mean. The last couple of off roaders I've done I've treated as a 'long run' not 'for time' and that has worked well... but they have been ultra distance... I'm always looking for best Value For Money! Nice choice of music as well as being well filmed, I felt I was going to bang my head on a couple of occasions!
Hope the head is doing ok… 😆 well done, you’re always smashing the races and big distances 🙌🏼 definitely great easy long run material these things. More beautiful to do anyway ☺️
Beautiful view when you get to the top of the kymin isn’t it! Shame we had to run up there to get to it 😂😂 well done again, I think we’ve earned a weeks rest after that race haha! Lovely vlog Kelly well done!
I walked the 12k route the day before the races & came across an idiot removing some of the arrow markers because he felt the small staples that held the arrows on would damage the trees .. ran it the following day & placed 2nd 🥈😆🤙
Awesome running well done! 🔥 congrats on the 2nd! Great idea to walk it beforehand. I think there were a few sections people had messed with or removed signs 🙄 Definitely top of Kymin! 😂
Come out to the United States and do the Breakneck Point Trail half marathon or full marathon. It's in Fishkill NY. It's easily the toughest Trail half marathon and marathon in the United States. I can't think of a tougher and more technical course, with that amount of elevation gain.
Definitely one to put on the ‘to do’ list. Ah no, not another runner. It was a landowner who didn’t particularly like runners going through his land using the public path.
@@KellogsOnTheRun oh typical. Lovely landowners like that everywhere. I’ve started to report the ones near me that purposefully block rights of way. My new hobby 😂
