the vibe i get from this panel: kat somehow found out that dom has never gotten high, and was like “bet” so they get high together, but since kat has experience being the cool hipster she is, only comes off with this huskier voice while dom is flipping out with hella adhd and munchies thanks for coming to my ted talk i love these two

@Azul M. Villasante they do look high, though I read from other comments that Kat actually had a bad case of colds before this panel and was just getting her voice back, while Dom just arrived from Brazil 30minutes before the panel.

Juana Rodriguez I wondered that too at first, which would be cute as heck But no, she was her normal self but more relaxed, which makes sense after traveling, living out of a backpack, for five months through the villages of the Amazon and other places in Brazil. A ton of new experience, observing the beauty of community and through a lens that sees the best of humanity. You can see how normal it is at 28:15, when Kat loses it: seeing the moderator who must have had the look of “where did this come from and where are we going?” while Kat knows that it’s just the way the conversation goes when they’re together.

I just rewatched season 1 and I actually think that the high pitch in Dom's voice and the abrasiveness in her speech is what makes the relationship between Waverly and Nicole work out. Because Kat plays Nicole with some certain gravitas of certainty and constancy that makes the characters feel like a good match...

i thought i was doing fine until that last fan. i bAwLED MY EYES OUT because i saw myself in her place and i related so much to her in that moment that i saw her face wet with tears. i love this show and its cast, this community of amazing, accepting, intelligent and supportive people so, sO much. like,, this is the family i've always wanted, growing up in a family where i never felt loved because of my dad's way of discipline/getting me to up my grades since early childhood, my constant struggle with anxiety and mental illness, being a young lgbtq+ teen. this little show that did it all, for so many people like me all around the world. 💞 to all the earpers and lovely human beings who see this comment. i love you, please be true to yourself and follow your dreams, even if it seems impossible.

Although if you watch all the panels they have been to, Kat seems to always have that moment where she just gazes at the ocean of people and take it all in and feel overwhelmed. It's the same look every time, which just shows how much she appreciates all these panels. That look never changed and it's heartwarming to see for a fan. :)

Only recently discovering "Wynonna Earp" on Netflix, I'm seeing this after both Kat & Dom have come out as bi- & fluid, respectively. The chemistry and intimacy they share is lovely. Some people don't ever experience an intimate friendship and the trust it requires to be completely vulnerable with feelings and thoughts most of us never share. I hope they remain dear friends forever.

I pretty much watch this panel once a week. There's so much to unpack here. First of all, Dom is divine...she's so free and open, and whether that's related to cannabis or exhaustion, I honestly couldn't care less, but I can say that I absolutely adore everything that she says and does here. Actually, this panel made me love Dom a wee bit more than I do Kat. She's just so lovely, open, and sweet. Claire might've been a bit taken aback or surprised by her stream of consciousness conversation, but it was absolutely worth it. I really don't think there's anyone quite like Dominque Provost-Chalkley in this world. What I love about Kat is her unwavering support--yeah, she has that moment where she breaks a bit because she realizes that Dom is a special, special creature that not everyone "gets" at the first pass, but besides that, Kat's just there with her 100%. They DO have an unspoken dialogue. Lovely to watch. I admire them both profusely. And honestly, isn't it great that there's a TV show with 3 bad ass female leads, two of which are in a committed relationship with each other onscreen, and all of which get along like bffs offscreen? We, the fans, are so so lucky!

Dom's stories are amazing...funny, and so true and real to her! It makes me wish I could travel! Loved the tapioca bit and the questions back and forth of Kat or Nicole, Waverly or Dom. That was good, and the splitting the rings up on Kat's hand, that was beautiful! Question, they said they made a comic book...has this come out yet, or do we have an estimated date for when it's coming out??? Thank you for posting this and sharing it! Loved it!

i think it's the scene partners thing. like how everyone thought natasha and elise from carmilla were dating but in reality it's just the deeper friendship that comes from playing off of another person in a show or a movie and putting your full trust in them that makes you so close

@26:41 Dom’s reaction to Kat’s answer LOL @27:12 Kat inviting herself to Dom’s house to taste her cooking because she answered the question who’s a better cook Dom or Waverly, with Waverly and now they’re both stuttering explaining themselves 😂 Also, @17:46 this moment was SOOOOO REAL yo. I just wish the host delayed her comment for a few secs (or mins lol). It’s obvious these two were having a real emotional exchange and it would have lasted for who knows how long if they weren’t interrupted 🥺 that’s also why after the host spoke, their bubble broke and although they were still out of the zone, Dom just kept blabbing to not ignore the host lol

I've stalked Dom's instagram because I am obsessed with her 🤣✌️ so, I really went to her post, like posts before she came out and I've noticed she posted a lot of rainbows 🌈 so that explains. I think, this show really helps her to show her true herself since we all embrace her character on this show and she also knew that we love her. I am really proud of you Dom, ILYSM! 🥺😘

More than the fans nicole’s strong character impacted kat’s life more than anyone for sure. I felt how she said that she never thought she would get the role... you see how important these represention are in mainstream media. It encourage people to be more than what they can be. i always think that the positivity wynonna earp has shared to the world is underrated and im hoping it will be appreciated more in the future even the show is long gone. immortalizing creators and collaborators

@arach no phobia Yeah. I keep rewatching and all I see is Dom and Kat being themselves. They do seem more comfortable in this interview, probably because they've been doing it for years and they mentioned that the setting was quite comfortable. Also, they seemed tired and seemed really just pushing themselves to still give a great show. I know I seem high when I'm sleepless and tired. Like it's a last surge of energy and after that I'm done. lol

Kat is very calm and collective, Dom is just everywhere and anxious thats why they have so much chemistry on and off camera. Too bad Kat is married, they could really click and be together. Still they are great friends and crushing.
