Thank for appreciation, definitely I will help you, first if alls make a mandal about 25mm 250mm long size than clamp it on chuck with tail stock than by the dial check run-out and rapper , after that check Chuck run out , and master jaw movement, radial play and axial play should not more than 50 micron, and tail stock pressure, bullet point, and centre alignment, check all these factor, you will solve the issues, if any concerns you can put comment

CNC drawing or part drawing??

Ball screw or ball bearing wear out

Put backlash value upto 50 micron then check again
