In this video, I'll take you through the unboxing of the X-Bull 10,000lbs rated winch, as well as parts of my install process. This isn't an install guide, but rather just my struggles and successes through the process.
i'M 63 AND BEEN DOING THE SAME THING FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS NOW. I'm going to buy the X-Bull XRS 13,500lbs, based partially on your video and opinion. Thank you!
Excellent video! And thanks for pointing out that it’s all about the little things, the nice day, may not be the best but it suites your needs just fine and the amount of time it takes to make a video. I just ordered the same x bull and pumped to get it installed!
Cool to see that someone is building these models for wheelin. I’m a caregiver of a 99 Durango that pops-in-law wanted me to get dirt ready. I put 33s on it and fixed a bunch of little things (replacing a cracked head is a little thing, right?). We took it wheelin pretty hard for what it is. He loved it! I just got done installing the same front bumper as yours. Totally tits. Pops already shopping for a winch, but might have to go peel out again before he pulls the trigger!
Cool video! I like the winch, I like the price, I’m also new to this looking to put a winch on my Tacoma I think I’ll go with that same winch. Keep the videos coming!
I have a 03 sport with a 4.7. Did the lift and chase rack, but watching your vids is making me reconsider doing a overland build. Can you make a video of why you chose the kota over everything out there. Keep rocking
Thanks Edward! Really the only reason I chose the dakota was, I already own it. So not having debt on a vehicle made it easy to focus on getting upgrades done. Down the road I'll do another build on a Tacoma.
