Gotta keep that hook with the open end up so if it breaks it will shoot down in the dirt instead of in your face.

Nice job! However, the vehicle is banged up. I hope this vehicle is only used for offroading and you don't need it as a daily driver.

X bull says you can go 45 seconds before needing a 15 minute break.

@@dangerous8333 That duty cycle is terrible. No way anybody is going to wait 15 minutes after pulling for 45 seconds. That is not realistic at all.

It’s a budget winch... though it performed great here, most use it to get unstuck... that takes a few seconds most of the time.

He went a full minute over the duty cycle. I really wish there was a standard for duty cycle instead of the 45 seconds on 15 minutes off mot state. Hard to say much with the duty cycle unfortunately, but yeah, I would give it a break for a minute or two every 30 or so seconds. Might take a little longer, but the motor at least gets a cool down break a few times in the 1:45.
