Aww little Diana! I hope she gets well soon, it broke my heart this week watching her struggle to sing. I look forward to her every week :) The other singers are good but they're just so run-of-the-mill, Diana has such a different spark to her! Diana to win!!

She didn't know she had a problem then, the problem was diagnosed later I too was gutted she didn't perform as she's my favourite hopefully she'll be back this week

diana is absolutely awesome. Shes not fake, thats how she is! She wasn't told to rest her voice until Thursday anyway and was still hoping to sing on Saturday until the doctors sed she couldnt. People just obviously weren't voting for Laura thats not dianas fault!!!

If Diana can't sing in week 6 then the producers should send her home. Its not a easy situation but maybe they could allow her to re-enter next year if Diana doesn't get a contract. I like Diana and wish her well.

Diana does'nt need sympathy for those of u who are saying that.. she is great and really was devasted that she could'nt perform so give her a break, she had to follow docs orders or she might lose her singin voice forever and then she would'nt be able to follow her dream to be a singer , hope ur back this week Diana show was'nt the same without U

This is going to hurt her more then help her, skipping one week causes a backlash and a loss of fans. If you're saying the producers want her to win, so had her skip that week, the producers are smarter then that.

Actually- if you want to get technical about the 'truth' of her looks, it may be considered true that she is infact 'pretty'. You will notice the ratio of her facial features that puts across that many people will find her attractive - but of course, while this science has SOME basis in whether someone is beautiful or not to people doesn't mean that it is definitive, since the idea of beauty can differ greatly psychologically from person to person too - hence, OPINION.

It was a bad night for Cheryl having a fantastic contestant like Diana not being able to perform and losing Laura who was a fantastic contestant. Thats probably why everyone turned against Diana cus loads of x factor fans complained that Laura got kicked off and it could have been Laura who was the one ill but it just ended up being Diana

I think they made a big mistake keeping her automatically in for the next show. The best thing to do, in my opinion, would have been to not sack her out and just let people vote for her, even without a performance. I think she would have remained in the competition and it would have been more fair for all the other contestants. This way, Laura fans surely resented her for remaining in while Laura left...

fair decision, i think. she should have gone through last week, though if she can't sing this week she should be included in the vote. i think diana is great, unlike you. and i have all her songs on my ipod and she sounds amazing. so yeah.

omg yea right alex had the exact same thing but you dont see her getting a week off do ya? and shes got it again thats only a couple of months since the last time she had it! And she was screaming at the bonfire night on the week she was suppost to be sick! Simon was just worried that she wasnt going to get through on Mariah Cary Week! if she gets laryngits from singing what? 5 weeks she not a good singer! it was so obviuos(sp) that she was simons fave! seriously look up the bonfire night thing!

It's not 'true', it's an opinion. There's a difference between something being true and being an opinion. So yes, saying she is 'an ugly little freak' IS untrue, and thats why we can SAY it's not true. It's my opinion that while she's not ugly, she's abit funny looking - but I am not as arrogant to say that it's 'truth', but I realise that's just my opinion.

If she can't perform this week then she must leave for good as it really wouldnt be fair on the others even if its not her fault. Maybe a fair thing to do would be for the judges to decide on replacing her with one of the acts who have already left.

its a fix u can't speak at all when u hav laryngitus yes she had a sore throat but other people have had to sing with sore throats and i doubt it could make her sound any worse she was screaming and laughing 3 days earlier on bonfire night but she couldn't sing her song all week, right whatever
