The new voices with the old script are even more hilarious. All male voices are Kyle Hebert (DBZ Narrator & Teen Gohan), and all female voices are Mela Lee (BlazBlue's Rachel Alucard), btw. WELCOME TO DIE!
I also like how Prof X says "go X-men" even though its only Cyclops....Cyclops should be like "wtf are you talking about??? I'm by my self....my name isn't X-men!"
they had to re-record the game with Kyle Hebert and Mela Lee because of some bullshit licensing issues but thankfully they kept the script the same for the lulz.
New voices didn't bother me. It still felt like playing the real thing. I'm guessing they re-recorded the voices to avoid licensing issues and make the game more "modernized."

The old voices were a whole lot better. The new voices sound stupid and unconvincing, especially Magneto's voice. Why couldn't they get the original voice actors from the original version of X-Men the Arcade?
Ah yes I remember that part in Bleach at the end of the Soul Society arc where Aizen revealed himself to be Magneto, Master of Magnet, and he started kicking Ichigo's ass while calling him "X-Chicken".

I feel some of the new voices are better than the original cause in the original the voices sounded oddly different from the character they were supposed to be while in the new one they actually sound like how the characters would sound. Like in the original white queen sounded like daffy duck, pyro had much deeper voice, wolverine had a lot less deep voice, as well as some other things that seemed odd. Maybe it's because I played ps3 version first but I don't know.
Xmen.....Nice job...lol. Its like they spent all the money on the graphics, gameplay and music, and had nothing left for the dialogue...Makes it all the more enjoyable though in my opinion...

I wonder how the developers of the original got the voice actors to say those lines. I can't imagine they got paid much. Surely, someone would have asked, "Shouldn't I speak a coherent sentence?"
