omg i cant believe how you nailed it . just a week ago i was watching mtv at about 3.30am and we were blown away that we actualy cought cosmic baby , astral projection and humate . we didnt expect this from today's mtv

Derek Coe i know what you mean, one of the best mixes of the earlier 90 s. I bought this one immediately and also the VHS. One of the best techno mixes ever made.

Perhaps it is one of the first Trance music in history... I'm sure there were more examples between 1990-1994 before Trance became really popular in the nineties (or at least it is more widely known)... than great music.

The weirdest thing I ever ate trippin' on acid was a plate full of escargots/snails in a little village where they where celebrating their annual village party, all folks living there going completely bonkers, bulls released in the streets, bbq's burning on every corner where you could grill and eat sardines for free, huge taps of wine for free as well!!! It was one of the weirdest evenings in my life, hahaha, a friend of us recommended trying the plate of snails while on acid, and of course I wouldn't rest before I'd follow her advice, we had to go to 5 different places to get us a plate, because they where sold out almost everywhere, they're so tasty, me and my good friend where the only ones that continued to finish the plate together, the rest of our friends couldn't handle the level of liveliness those snails appeared to have gotten back after coming straight out of the oven... hahaha! Others fun things to eat on acid are romanesco, trans lucid jelly pudding from the Asian supermarket, bubble tea, pizza, sushi & seaweed salad, granita/sorbet icecream with rainbow colors, mini pastries with all sorts of fruits, cream, jelly, crumbles, disco dip, etc. etc. and the funniest place to go shopping for weird foods is the Asian mega supermarket for me!!! One time I came back with a whole bag full of pink colored stuff while shopping there on acid with my friend, we had so much fun, we ended up having a translucent pink colored jelly pudding fight with each other in the train... The weirdest thing I ever found in there was a bag containing 'instant jellyfish' according to the label on the back side of it.... still haven't tried that one though... Oh, and try ice cold freshly squeezed water melon juice if you're in south Europe where the water melons are like 5ct a kg! It's delicious, banana, avocado, dates milkshake as well, sliced up strawberries with some lemon juice and mint sugar, and granita ice with a splash of vodka, sangria, limoncello fruit-punch etc. etc. everything with fresh fruit juice, parts, and a splash of a tasty alcoholic liqueur !!! Bruschetta with chopped tomato's basil, olive oil, tiny bit of garlic, pepper, salt, a drip of reduced balsamic cream/syrup... hmmmmmm, cactus fruit, figs, peaches, cherries, fried artichokes and fried courgette flowers stuffed with buffalo mozzarella, I can go on and on.. but watch out cooking while you're high, I've wounded myself pretty nasty a few times, cut my hand trying to open a tin can with a camping pocket knife, burned my hand with a huge splash of hot frying oil.... although, this kind of accidents happen to me all the time, high or not actually.... it's just more freaky when you're hallucinating and have to look at a cut or a burning wound on your skin, the worst one you've ever had... oh, and watch out for prickly plants while dancing around bare-feet, and broken glass... jellyfish, and banana peels... I made a trap with a banana peel for fun once, on a party, and ended up sitting down on it myself the moment I forgot to keep watching if anyone would slide down like in Mario cart over it..., hahahaha!

I had all the VHS tapes and now all the DVD's. Bought them online in the Studio K7 store a couple of years back. :)

It's sad trance went a completely different route, all though proper psy/Goa always kept that hypnotic sound. I mean, I absolutely love the uplifting sound from the late 90s, but it definitely destroyed trance's reputation. Modern pure trance tracks are either labeled as psytrance or techno and deep house, quite sad :/

There is still so much amazing underground music like this out there to be discovered, you just have to search regularly and hope you get lucky and bump into some amazing artists/tracks... The mainstream music we hear on the radio and tv is not even 1% of all that is out there for us to discover and hopefully amaze us in a good way! Good luck digging your way through it all in search for whatever it is you hope to find!
