We did yes. I did diagnostics to work out the issue. When connected through the 3.5mm jack we found the dropouts stopped. We found having too many wireless signals from different devices interfered with the signal between the receiver and the chair. We also found if you moved the receiver away from the TV parallel to the chair on our display shelf, the drop outs stopped. Hope this helped.

I had this issue with my xbox one x too ! The wireless adapter I set to the same band width as the chair and couldn't get the sound to come through on the chair, all I ended up doing was connecting the 3.5mm cable (green one) in to the headphone port on the chair and in to my controller and it worked instantly, only bad point is using the chair I wont be able to talk to people but hay ho, is there a way round this ? 😂 wireless headset maybe ??

No, this chair would not suit your office/works need as chairs setting is too reclined to be used for productivity based work.

There is is a dial on the underside that adjusts the lean. It does not recline though.

You could unscrew the base plate for the chair so you could have it on the floor. However the side railings are not flat so it would rock when you move. X Rocker do have ground models, if that is what you are looking for I would recommend one of those instead.

Hi, we are glad we could provide some help to you. I am 5'10 and when sitting in the chair my legs rest 90 degrees to the ground. For someone who is tall like you, your legs would not be parallel to the ground if you like to game in that position. Hi, we do not believe the height of the chair to suit gaming at a desk. X Rocker have another line of chair suited for those look for a PC at desk experience. We also feel the lean in this chair is sorted more to larger screens like a TV as the slight recline with the chair. Hope this helps.

And can you rock back and forth in it?

@@dboken Hi, for both of us it is extremely comfy, we are medium builds. I have sat in it for 8 hours in one sitting and never had to readjust my position. It has a slight rock however it is minimal

Yes it has a USB port on the side which I use to charge my phone while playing games.

Hi, it is a short cable about 1.5m long. I would recommend using a extension cord as having the cable tort can damage the electrical components of the chair.

You can turn the dial down all the way on all the functions. You can turn the vibration to off, the volume to off, bass off and turn the leds off. Each function has its own dial so you can adjust it to suit your needs.

@@TooHappyGamers hi ok brilliant only asking as went to buy a second hand one and the vibration I couldn't turn off even thow I turned it all the way down so I guess there is a fault with there chair. Thank you for your reply will look at getting it new.

It does have some lean which is adjustable, however, it does not have the rocking ability that the floor models have.

Yes it will. If your sound card has an optical/digital audio input you can connect through that that. If not there is 3.5mm jack connector that you can connect into the audio input port of your PC.

The chair has Bluetooth to connect wirelessly with your phone or you can use the 3.5mm audio jack on your phone and connect that into the chair with the included cable.

Oh man. Never thought about it before. I can not work it out either.

I have the one that says "Typhoon 4.1", (they say its their best sound system the $300 one, still yet to be tested by me lol) but I'm sure ours must still say the same since they are their 4.1 system. Just got mine for Christmas too. I'm 41 and my mom still buys this stuff for me lol. She's just saying what mode of input the switch is on. She says "a-u-x mode" & "blue tooth mode". I've never had any problems understanding her though, that's weird. I mean, even if the voice came out of a can of coke I found on the street, and nothing to do with audio was even in my head, I'd still know she was saying aux mode and blue tooth mode.

@@xsixinfantryx That makes so much sense, thank you for sharing! It's been saying aux mode when he turns on the chair in general. I for some reason thought she was saying mound or mount instead of mode for a while as well, not sure why, I think we just expected the chair to say x rocker if anything so it for whatever reason through us for a loop. 🤷‍♀️

Hahaha. 🤣 yeah she used it more then I did. I ended giving this to someone who really wanted it as we have a son now and we needed to get more couches. I hope you enjoy it. Once you get them set up and configured they are great. Just watch the power cable. Make sure you put it somewhere you won’t trip over it.
