Thanks for the vid! This is is not a criticism but me wondering out loud. I assume the reason for the video is to ponder the question of the Fuji camera and how it fits into your workflow along side the Sony. I have the A7R3 and I'm waiting for the A7R6 for the new body used by the model with the global shudder who's name I've forgotten. It has me wondering if/why the A7RC or A6700 were not considered within the scope of the video. I started out with the A6300, moved to the A7R3 and I've never looked back. Ergonomically they are night and day. I realize this video is not really aimed at me, but I thought I'd throw this into the pot. Good to see you back at it!
It’s a great question! I think I have the Fuji because I have a problem and like cameras a little too much 🤣 jokes aside, the Fuji ends up being the camera I grab for the more casual day out. If it’s a big trip, or serious work I grab my Sony. I think the A7_C cameras are a great alternative but there is elegance to the simplicity and removal of lens decisions in the Sony. It also tends to be the camera my wife brings because it’s more “fun” for her. Thanks for watching 😀
many people getting rid of their x100v´s now. seeing used prices never this low. i think for 95% of the people now will come the time to just get an x100v rather than getting the new one. The x100v is the same awesome camera which everyone hyped for many reasons. only because a newer and probably better one comes doesnt mean to not get the old one now for much better price.
I just got a new x100v in black about two days ago for just 1300€ ... I still have Goosebumps because of the luck.. it wasn't listed online but found in the store storage. Should I keep it or sell it for the x100vi? The made in China made me a bir concerned for the longevity of the product and maybe it won't have the same Fuji picture style for retro/film/vintage photography?.. who knows... I would appreciate your feedback :)
I’m concerned about made in china because I don’t want to support communist countries with my luxury good items. I’m doing my best to look for alternatives when it comes to luxury goods.
I am going to buy the new one, cause you just simply can't get the X100V atm, and why buy the old one if you can get the new one for the same price or maybe even less :D
Because goobers like you and me are already searching for videos covering what the rumors are saying, and once it is launched you better know if you're preordering or shopping the used market for an X100V. Because this thing will be sold out fast. So that's the video's purpose, what's your excuse for leaving a redundant comment?
