This should be a comprehensive video of all* the ships that the player can fly (plus a few that can’t be flown) as of the 4.20 update and all currently available DLCs. If this video is over three months old, then this is no longer the case with the expected 5.00 release and the third DLC.
*I have been notified that I missed the Paranid Theseus heavy fighter in the lineup. I will rectify that mistake in the 5.00 update remake.

FAQ:
Q: Can you give us the ship models?
A: No, they belong to Egosoft. If you want them for modding or other projects, there are tutorials over at the Egosoft forums on how to extract them from the game files. Also, I did a butcher’s job of making the ship models presentable, so you’re probably better off not having the versions that I have.
Q: What’s up with the jumping shadows near the end?
A: The program that I rendered the video in started having graphical glitches the further the camera panned out. I fixed as many as I could, but there was nothing I could do for the ones that made it into the video. I am by no means a professional animator, I just like spaceships.
Q: Why did you put in the giant human actors?
A: Because I have a bad sense of humor. It also shows off the impracticality of anyone wanting to 3D print their own ship set that's scaled to each other.
Q: I’m unfamiliar with the game. Why do some of the ships have giant flat squares on them?
A: The ships are modular, so those slots are where the turrets or shields are supposed to go, but I didn’t feel like expending the effort to align and attach a few hundred turret models, especially since the model design can vary between factions and weapon types. For frigates and carriers, those large flat areas are usually the landing pads for smaller ships.
Q: Will you include ships from the 5.00 update and the third DLC in a future video?
A: Maybe.
Q: Why is Ship X less massive than Ship Y even though it’s twice the size?
A: Ask Egosoft, I just pulled the values from the ship database. I’ll consider taking proper ship length measurements if I ever do that 5.00 video.
Q: The #deca isn’t in the game, why isn’t it labeled as cut content?
A: Call it a hunch, but I don’t think Egosoft is done with our favorite cylinder of death just yet. Also according to players, there’s a wreck of the model somewhere in the Atiya’s Misfortune sectors, so that makes it uncut content.
Q: Neat video, do you do any other stuff? Also, what program did you use to make the video?
A: • Disney's Atlantis - Yo...
