Other places like Chicago have stolen the spotlight as far as that goes. It’s because a lot of LA rap sounds the same and hasn’t upgraded with the times. Beats, rhyme patterns etc. And only people from the west coast for the most part fw it. That’s why they say LA rap doesn’t make it past Arizona. X4 seems like he can break that trend
