Friends and now teammates, Cornerback Xavien Howard was on hand to give new Miami Dolphins CB Jalen Ramsey a tour of the Baptist Health Training Complex. Ramsey joined the Dolphins after a free agency trade with the LA Rams. Xavien and Jalen were both in the same draft class and knew each other since then.

However in the absence of such team gratitude, I recommend that you, me and all other eligible Dolphin fans drink up in favour of all the giddy optimism towards the upcoming year. yes plz we need to stop abandoning our biggest burden which is this offensive line. we need to stop signing these small time offensive line and either next year draft us a elite offensive lineman first round. or sign a veteran that’s already solidified himself as a offensive lineman that rarely allows sacks and can hold their blocks for the run game

O-Line played pretty well last season, well enough to keep, develop, and possibly add players. The majority of games the run game wasn't bad. The DB's was a major issue last season but showed a little promise. Overall, I like this move fits our style of play.

@@dominickraheem8459 I live less than five miles away from NW 27th Ave. and Ives Dairy Road. I pass the place regularly, watched it go up on vacant property and parking lot. What you didn't see in this little video was equally impressive: locker room, coaches' offices, beach volleyball pit, executive's offices, players' lounge, swimming pool...and more. I mean, don't ALL NFL headquarters look similar to ours?

The way this team is being built, we might be good enough to win big with him! Don't want to try and find out though! I'll stick with the guy whose tops in passer rating , Yards per attempt and who's top 5 vs ALL ranked passing defenses. Improved O-line (we'll get there this offseason eventually!) will keep Tua on his feet, launching successful missile strikes the way Ukraine should be doing to Putin's ugly head!
