Thats not big plans. This is what will tank cod and activision. Leave it as a full release and money will be properly made. Now the monetization will be even worse.
The June showcase for Xbox better be good. They better have some great things to bring to the table to prove that Xbox is the place to play games again. After the studio closures a lot of fans are not feeling confidant.
100 billion spent, closing down studios, laying off thousands, still no profit from game pass or Bethesda….closed down the studio responsible for hi-fi rush, and y’all act like call of duty is going to be the savior of Xbox. And then when that fails, who’s gonna be the savior hell blade 2?
Great video! Informative and laying out some great questions around how the marketing and likely entry into Game Pass may affect both Xbox and Call of Duty. Well done Sam!
Historically whoever was associated with COD dominated that generation. Now Microsoft owns the entire franchise and companies that made it. Doesn't guarantee success but it will be fascinating to see how this next game does. Under complete ownership of Microsoft.
The last 2 cods suck.. also I'm not a fan of seeing super heros and Nicki Minaj running around in multiplayer I'm just not even going to play that crap
We're too far into the Generation for Xbox to really turn things around now. That being said I wouldn't be surprised if the rumours were true & we get Xbox Starting the Next Generation off sooner so they can take full effect of Xbox GamePass getting more ppl on their Platform
COD is dead and buried and has been for years, the players are tired of being nickled and dimed to death. The last game was nothing but a DLC and you think Xbox is going to save the game, haha that's hilarious because they can't even save themselves.
@@JampackSam it amazes me how y’all comment as if you know anything about how business runs. If you did, you would know game pass is killing Xbox.🤦🏾♂️🤡
@ElPatron42069 That's why when you do the math 37 million subscribers at the low end of $10 a month is 4 billion 440 million dollars annually and MS said it costs them 1 billion a year to run Gamepass. I think 3 billion plus is enough to keep Gamepass around. It's been here for 7 years already and it isn't going away any time soon.
