Xbox One S Controller (v3) Review - Teardown - Assembly 

Thank you for your advice, it helped a lot, just needed to clean the Y Button, as it was stickiny, so i cleaned all contacts and buttons and housings with isipropanol. Just one comment to your method: there is no need to unsolder and resolder the wires, as you can unclip them easily and just let them hang beside. Thats what i did, it works just fine. I would recommend to not unsolder anything, if there is a way around, lowers the risk of causing malfunction(s). Greetings from Germany, left you a thumbs up.

For anyone having trouble with the Bluetooth connector, I found the solution! All I did was used electrical tape to keep that connector onto the board. As of now there are no connection problems. (Update: 11 days later, My controller is having connection issues. I think the electrical tape is interfering with the signal or just the tape is lose in there from maybe vibrations idk. I'll take a look at it soon. I regret taking the connector off. Didn't realize it's gonna cause these problems. For this guy he took it off and connected it back with no issue 🤷‍♂️)

I have one of these and the bottom motherboard feels like it isn't going to budge. Mind you I have the rumble packs still attached because I don't want to risk destroying them to a solder. Edit: Nevermind, I got it all. I put the whole thing together and the rumblers in the triggers were loose so they sounded awful!! I just went back in and fixed them. Thank you for guiding me through this with a very short video, much appreciated!

Hello! While disassembly, the bluetooth cable broke where it was weldered. I put back in place and weldered again in the place a thought It was. But now my bluetooth gets delay and the reach is terrible. DOes anyone know where it is really weldered the cable?

I did it with out a soldering iron you just have to be careful if you are switching buttons.

After disassembly, my controller wont turn on

there's not supposed to be a gap in between the bumpers and the triggers right? my buddy has been trying to repair one and every time it ends up with a big gap in between them and the bumpers feel weird
