Hey man, so I’m just curious cause I’m hoping I didn’t just waste $199.99 to pre order a game I may or may not to cancel to pre order again. So the white bar thing that says Xbox Series X then underneath that says Xbox One. Does that mean it’s cross platform regardless of the Xbox I’m using? If so my online receipt only says Xbox Series X. So I’m hoping I didn’t mess it up, the game in question is F1 23. I’m excited to get it. But did I miss something? There was no option for Xbox One or Xbox Series X when I made my online purchase from GameStop. So idk.
Hey Tom. Yes, if the game says cross gen or Xbox One/Series X, then that means you can play it on both consoles. But if it only says Series X, then I think you can only play it for Series X. So I always look for games that have that cross gen feature or says playable on Xbox One and Series X. Hope this helps
I would probably contact Gamestop and let them know what version of F1 23 you bought. I’m sure they could give you a refund if you bought the wrong version
