I might be remembering incorrectly, but i'm pretty sure scalpers do more harm than good when buying the consoles. Microsoft makes minimal if any profit off the console itself and more of the money off the games sold. Especially the game pass. You know what scalpers aren't buying to go with those consoles? Games and game pass.

Somehow got mine around 3 minutes after it went live on the Microsoft store today and haven’t seen it since besides on eBay for outrageous prices. Everyone should get the chance to own one of these. Learn from the situation and limit one per household address, rest go to physical inventory in stores.

It would be nice if Microsoft did an official unbox of this console, showing it side-by-side with the regular Series X. It's a bit difficult to know which one I would prefer under normal lighting conditions (especially the light grey sections), just in case I'd get the opportunity to buy one!

Got one from GameStop! My last Halo edition console was way back with the Halo 4 360. Loved the blue light and alien sounds, glad this one also has alien sounds. 👽
