Hello my dear frend, remember to apply heat from bottom of the pcb to remove nand flash. You also need to put the series x nand flash into another 1tb nvme also because of the controller that is designed for 1tb

Great video, keep it up! Unfortunately the SSD is paired to the APU. There is a hidden partition in the memory, which contains the certificate of the console, which is paired to the APU. In Xbox One these special files used to be in the eMMC. But now they moved them to the NVME SSD in a hidden partition to save costs. If it is damaged but you can read the sdd, You can copy the hidden partition, and put it into a new flash! (Similarly to your video where you used an xbox360 to copy a damaged xbox one eMMC NAND, then write the contents to another good eMMC)

Maybe you accidently killed the chip in this process, I think it is possible to change just the NAND.
