I was wondering why my original xbox one was going threw power bricks so fast, sounded like it was on even though it was off, and also wasn’t getting automatic updates, it turns out it was in sleep mode! you just saved me money in so many ways! I’m subbing and liking, keep up the great work bro!❤

For some reason when I put my Xbox on sleep and tryna download an game it doesn’t download when it’s in sleep mode

This should be the default considering how many times I've heard consoles not doing the proper updates for games and apps anyways. at least if bowski is meant to be believed.

I leave it in sleep mode i have it on shutdown mode to protect Xbox Series X what is sleep mode about

I’ve been in energy saving mode and still came home and had to update the new warzone update today 🤦🏽‍♂️

Ill keep it in sleep mode i have 350 games and at least 50 are xs games all those games can be transferred between hard drives when the console is shut off for faster transfer also when you're downloading a game and you turn the console off it will download the games faster as well these are reasons for me to still keep it in sleep mode alsofor charging thru usb ports

Do the 2 modes have diffrence in gaming performance?

So if I purchase Xbox game and it's downloading and I want to turn off the Xbox which one do I pick so the game still download because on my Xbox one I had it set up that way but I don't remember what power option it was

Hi, I have a question about a power mode setting: I want my xbox to fully turn off when I turn it off so therefore I should use the Shutdown (energy saving) mode. Now is there a diffrence in gaming performance between Standby (Sleep) mode and this Energy Saving mode or is it all just wheter it turns off fully or not?

I've always kept mine in energy saving mode. Just something I did.

I just unplug it so it doesn't use bandwidth
