Yeah... pretty generic. I think they are trying too hard to be modern. To be fair though, not very many bands from the 80's have done a legit good job at coming back.

@@Intermentor I know what I heard and said. I still stand by my point. Listen to Shattered Existence and then listen to any other generic wannabe thrash "throwback" band and you'll know what this sounds like.

@@vidadepareja8749 To be honest haven't really listened to it yet. Comparing No God to Overlord, after just listening to the two, I think it has the same problem as this song. I was listening to Reasons for Destruction today and it highlighted for me why the old stuff is usually so much better, alot of new thrash or thrash revival is extremely repetitious. The old stuff will go back on the main riffs, but usually with some different transitions or in a different key and it breaks it up a bit. More over there usually is a lot more variation and if it is just repeating, the usually knew to keep the song short. Soothsayer's Build The Terrorism is a good example, were it pretty much is just one killer riff (and scream :p) but it's only 2 minutes long so it doesn't get grating were this song is double the length. I don't know, maybe I am just an old kermugen, but this ain't doing anything for me
