Today it was very gusty but my Tasman handle it like a CHAMP! I fly mine on 4s 2200mAh battery and Spektrum NX10. Wing spann: 1500mm Length: 1150m Weight: 1800 grams
Hi LAPEOS Sunrise RC Aviator, really nice and informative content to watch. May I ask you something? What camera did you use for the flight recording? Thank you Angel
This is my favourite kind of plane to fly, high wing, easy going or sporty if you like, easy to land, big wheels, easy to fly and fun :) can't go wrong with this one 👍 great flying lapeos , your channel is awesome 🛩️
I put a 3541-KV550 Motor for the Twin Otter off the banana site in my Tasman, got a 60a $30 esc w/reverse and pulled out one of my old 3000mah 6s packs. The Best thing I could do as a ComeBack to the Super Timber at half the price still. Endless knife edge, straight up forever, Sips on the power now, a Total Beast!
Its a solid plane, just nothing special really. Its a good fully functioning STOL model. I won it in a drawing online, and I donated mine to our local flying clubs auction, and they made sure a novice got it. My only real issue with it was that the inflatable tires wouldnt hold air. They are very light, thin rubber.
@@SunriseRCAviator I forget, did it have lights? Its silly that every plane isnt just covered with LEDs, they cost literally nothing as a component in China.
You get some nice toys to play about with there, "Sven." Not for us Old Farts though. All that friable (and fryable) foam scattered through the Aussie bush in summer doesn't bear thinking about! 😱🙄😈
