Simon is firm about promoting in English makes me think will they ever have a Japanese release? Would die to hear them sing in their own beautiful mother tongue. This is all a great pressure to girls which i know that most of them don't grow up in the west, or even go to international school aside from Maya? Really love their latest comeback and really would hope they receive so much more recognition. We know how cruel this industry is....
Thank you for the subs on this video! Hearing Simon is always informational and gives more perspective on the trajectory XG have been on, long before we got to know them. That's also why I am waiting on the documentary, I want to know more of the trainee hell days 😄
I think it's unfortunate that they do not sing Japanese 😕. I dislike the Korean singing and I understand why they keep getting discriminated by Koreans. They should sing in English and Japanese as America is the number 1 entertainment industry and Japan is the 2nd biggest entertainment industry. Why promote in Korea? If Japan is a larger market. Terrible business strategy. The girls are still not gaining momentum with popularity 🙄 😒.
To be honest, I would like to hear some Japanese songs, too. XG is a group that came out of avex's project for overseas market, so I think they will be active outside of Japan first. And I thought they would be active in a different country each time they make a comeback, but that may not be the case. I hope xg will be a great success.
You are probably just a teenager with no moral knowledge and intellect in how this shit works, so let me educate you a little on it. You understand why Koreans discriminate XG? First of all, they are very well appreciated in Korea; except from the nationalists and idiot netizens who hate Japan by default and will defy any Japanese influence in the Korean market for disgusting political reasons. So when you say "Koreans", you're unknowingly making them look bad. Why promote in Korea? I can tell you why its not 'terrible'. Because Kpop is possibly the most trendy, efficient, and ideal pop category that appeals to the world as of today. Same reason Korea promoted their musicians in the 90s and early 2000s in Japan, and not in Korea. It's also exactly why non-korean musicians collaborate with Kpop artists. Let this sink in, you are calling out the CEO of the 2nd most successful music industry of proposing a 'terrible business strategy'. If you are correct, boy do you have a very bright future ahead of you. Don't mind sharing your secrets, Einstein!
because...j-pop is garbage .it is bright . and j-pop level is lower so j-pop pans can't understand high -level music..this is why XG come to korea and want to stand on k-stage .ㅋㅋㅋ
