Simon Jakops is soo much more than a Manager. He's XGALX CEO, XG Producer, Former KPOP Idol himself (DMTN) was his group. XG was Simon's idea, XG looks at him like an older brother or father figure rather than their CEO.

Cultural appropriation in todays tech society, the fact everything is on line/tv/live shows makes that entire argument null and void, people will always try to copy what they see and like no matter what it is hair style, fashion, music, art and so on, the point is if you want to keep something to just one culture then they need to make sure no one ever sees or hears it period, copying a celebrity’s style is just a norm if it wasn’t then trends and industry it self would not exist, so when you hear someone say cultural appropriation just know they have no idea at all what they are talking about
