XG Documentary Series XTRA XTRA EP.1 REACTION 

Simon-san really put these girls to the grinder. Being a strict but passionate Sensei. You could hear his voice breaking up on the 1st part when only he's announcing the final members. Much love and respect for all the girls who underwent this training - to all XGALX staff too who put their heart, mind, body & soul to see this through. The sisterhood that formed during these rigorous years is just so heart warming and it's one of the main reasons why they've made it through after all of those years. Love these girls so much. #XG #XGALX -- IMO don't think Hikaru would be added to XG anytime soon or ever, i don't think that's how selection is done. Also i think 7 members works perfectly fine as it is. Maybe if XG is already on the TOP - SIMON might create another XG-esque group and Hikaru can join that group.

altho many people would think hikaru would just be slotted in XG but i think she'll go back into the trainee pool again.

You can hear Simons voice shaking in the beginning. He really didn’t want to do it, but it has to be done. He treats these girls like family and I’m sure he’s hurting every time they cut someone 😢

so proud for XG. we should also gove credit to the entire XGALX team, and the rest of the original trainees from the very beginning. all the hardwork will lead to something so much bigger than any other idol groups soon.

The company and also jurin had already confirm that hikaru wont join XG in the future. But the company did say that whatever hikaru want to do either go solo or create her own group will be fully supported by the company

I suspect Hikaru was not selected for debut team and decided to take her shot on girls planet. I think a more likely scenario is that she goes solo or debuts in another group under AVEX. I think a group is more her style, but waiting for said group might be a challenge in itself. I don’t think a group would be ready in time to debut when Hikaru’s Kep1er contract ends, so she would end up waiting at a minimum maybe 2 years.

I think Hikaru might not be in XG after Kep1er ends but she will be in another new gp or projects(sub unit with some of XG members,just my own thoughts). This is for sure.

What I really noticed is Chisa could’ve been the leader. The way she interacted with the other girls. Meanwhile Jurin was very quiet just like Hinata. Maya is so confident and such a fighter, gawd I love her fighting spirit. Overall, the magnificent 7 reigned. It’s their bond and hard work that got them here. What’s not to love about XG…

Most of the girls knew each other from AVEX artist academy. I don't know if Kamiya Airi was part of it but I know she was very closed to Harvey and Jurin since the 3 of them used to model. I don't know what happened to Ito Airi but she looked like a very good dancer.

INTENSE training in Japan and Korea. They're not a KPOP / JPOP group that we know now. But the roots is from Japan and they're labeled under AVEX Japanese Entertainment company and they're all Japanese members singing English.

That's Japanese culture right there. One of the biggest no-no's in Japan is causing inconvenience or trouble to other people. That is why they are strict when it comes to noise in public utility vehicles and the like. Phones are to be kept silent and people refrain from talking too loud. It's great that, as young as they are, they are very wary of these and apologized to their mentors.

Kamikura Rei and Hikaru were allowed to join GP999 to gain more experience so you might know Rei.

Hikaru is not joining XG.
