XG’s built different. They’ve casually dropped a MV for every song that’s out. New Dance’s even got TWO MVs. This is a GG and their team that genuinely enjoy making their art and craft. Also, they truly are angels off stage, too. Never seen a group with such pure love, humanity and kind energy before.

Which is why it makes so much sense that they're SO in sync with one another and move as one! (2:16) and (4:26) They're positioned from (Right) Oldest to Youngest (Left), Idk if anyone else caught that but that's actually mind blowing they slid that little detail in there!

They were not positioned from oldest to youngest because was Chisa far right, then Hinata, then Jurin. If it was actually oldest to youngest it would be Jurin, Chisa, Hinata, Harvey, Juria, Maya, Cocona

I feel that one of the first mistakes filming XG is too much camerawork. This performance video feels like you're in a musical theater with dancers weaving in and out of the spotlight. What a masterpiece.

they announced a world tour 2024 for summer time so stack that money up and details for locations will release soon and they are releasing a new single Winter without you, theres already a teaser, i actually recommend you look up the moment they announced the world tour during their showcase in japan it was such a cool moment. Also i agree with christina, i think this is a case where less camera work was more due to the entire groups performance being split on each scene

No one is doing it like XG period. They are in their own lane on a completely different level 🔥🐺🔥XG was just featured on the cover of U.S. Billboard Magazine in October and the issue sold out in one hour. XG will also be on the cover of VOGUE Japan next month. And they were on the cover of Forbes Japan a couple months ago. These ultra talented young women deserve all of it and more 🐺

World tour announced for 2024, have seen a lot of fan cams of several live events, they have no competition for live performance - they were trained to sing and do full choreography live plus they just have it, whatever it is

My biggest problem with female group is that they always focus with the Cute Concept and Visuals. XG has the Visual, but they don't focus on that. They already know the look good and they focus on Singing, Rapping, and Performance. Many girl groups can dance, but no other girl group is touching XG. They dance with Attitude and Synchronization. IN MY OPINION, I love these groups also, but they are better than TWICE, Black Pink, ITZY, LaSarafim (Don't know how to spell their name), Oh My Girl and etc.. I would say NewJeans, but that's for a different topic. Not saying that XG not better, but they are both very strong in their own attributes.

I don’t think they need camera work. There’s so much choreography that it’ll take away from it and we’ll miss the details. Xg is exactly what I’ve been waiting for with gg’s dint get me wrong I love the bubble pop but their range and raw talent they have… no one is doing it like them 🤷🏾‍♀️

i think there wasn't a lot of camera work because it's a performance video, not an mv. performance videos usually just focus on the choreography with no distractions. i personally like how it was shot, i think the camera work showcased the choreo really well.

It definitely looks the best without any extra camera work, that's one of the main differences between an MV and a performance video. And XG carry it, it would have been superficial and it seems useless !

I feel like there was a lot of camera work😅 Or enough atleast but I feel like the point was to have it come a across mostly as one take. Which I think helps perfectly capture how effortlessly XG executes their choreography. Sometimes too much "camera work" or cuts and editing sometimes takes away and I get annoyed when I can't fully SEE the dancing.

I get Ed on the camerawork bc cinematography is important in videos but the slow pans, overhead/wide shots and slow zooms are a kind of camerawork 🤷🏾‍♂️. Don’t get me wrong I’m jot hating lol 🤣

i highly disagree with more camerawork. A lot of excessive camerawork is done to hide less than flawless moves for other groups. Them keeping it static and more wide is flexing on everyone. They only move the camera to give it a lil feeling at the right moments. Its the same thing with fight scenes. Jackie chan fight scenes tend to keep it wide and in Bourne Identity although a decent movie do a lot of camera shakes to make it feel more intense and to possibly hide some of the actors less than ideal fighting forms. XG dance pretty flawlessly they want to show it off.
