I’ve been obsessed with this! Juria (red hair) and Chisa (brunette) are the main vocals they sing the pre-chorus and bridge. Harvey and Jurin (leader) and Cocona (girl w basketball) are the rappers, Maya is the one you kept calling pretty she is my bias, and then the blonde girl is Hinata

Yes, please watch the dance practice and live stages(they posted a live stage for both "Mascara" and "Tippy Toes" on their channel). Cocona's head bop during her rap is one of my favorite parts of the choreo. They're still performing on music shows in Korea, they performed today on The Show(where "Tippy Toes" got it's first live music show debut). They were selling a CD box for this song(they did the same thing with "Tippy Toes") but I don't know if they have any stock left since they sold out recently.

The rapper line is pretty big, it includes Harvey, maya( the one with blonde and brown that you liked) jurin( leader) and cocona( she rapped first) the vocals are juria( red hair) and chisa( brown hair) then lastly Hinata is the blonde she doesn’t get much lines but does get a lot of screen time in the center
