नमस्कार भैया जी...... यह देख और जानकर बहुत दुख और हैरानी हुई कि XHDATA जैसी ब्रांड्स की गुणवत्ता इतनी साधारण हो सकती है। एक प्रीमियम रेडियो से इससे अधिक की उम्मीद की जाती है। इसकी बिक्री पश्चात (after sale) सेवाएं बहुत निराशाजनक हैं।भारत में इसका कोई सेवा केंद्र नहीं है जहां इससे संबंधित समस्याओं के सरल और सुलभ समाधान निकल सकें। ईश्वर करें की आपका रेडियो जल्दी ठीक किया जाए या उसको बदल दिया जाए। जैसा जोशी जी ने बताया है ,इसकी सेवा शर्तें बहुत एकतरफा हैं। इससे जिनके पास यह रेडियो है उनके मन में भी संदेह और फिक्र होना लाजमी है। दुखद और निराशाजनक।
नमस्कार भाई जी , बिलकुल सही बात कही आपने । आज पता चला कि कितने सारे लोग परेशानी झेल रहे है इस रेडियो के साथ । भारत में इसकी after sales service जरुर होनी चाहिए थी इसकी क़ीमत और brand value को देखते हुए । बुरा तो लग ही रहा है लेकिन क्या कर सकते हैं इंतज़ार के अलावा । बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद भाई जी 🙏
@@positivethoughts9435 Yeh nahi ke India me kabilyat nahin, lekin koi company karega nahin. Baat business ki hai. Eise radio sirf padhe likhe log lenge jo apne ap sunte hain jyadatar news ke liye ya phir do teen gane ke liye. Lekin hamara music Chinese ya Japanese jaisa music nahin hai jo chhote speaker se sunne ko achha lagega aur nahi Western music jaisa jo aap high bass se sun sakte hain. Indian gane ke liye bada speaker achha lagega aur analog sound hi achha lagega jisme volume badhane se asli awaz ayega na ke robot jaisa voice. Humko tape recorder jaisa awaz chahiye. Aur yeh awaz hamare ajka saste desi semi-transistor radio (Pagaria, Deltron, Ramson, Techlobby, ...), me ayega, ya phir purane transistor radio ya Philips ke radio jo India ke liye bana hai (chahe FM ho ya AM.)
This seems to be a typical problem with the XHDATA-D808. I had this problem but after a little over 3 years. As I had bought it from Aliexpress and as it was not under warranty, I had no other option. It had other problems also. As such I have a suspicion that the unit sent to me was a refurbished one. Just a month ago I bought a new one from Amazon.Kindly keep us updated.
That's really not expected from a brand like XHDATA. There are many people having issues with their xhdata D-808 Radio . Once I uploaded a videos of this radio , we got to know that it's not only me there are many . XHDATA must think about this before selling to the Indian market
ऐसी ही प्रॉब्लम मेरे सामने आई थी मेरे पास के टैक्सन के पीएल 380 में, लेकिन अहमदाबाद में नमन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक ने उसको सुधार दिया, मैं मध्य प्रदेश में रहता हूं।
I bought sihuadon d808 in May 2024. On the day i bought it performed at excelent label till mid night. I could listen to far stations in sterio mode. From next morning it became worst in fm. It could catch only local station which is around 5 km away. I did all the possible solutions like reset refixing of battery but no improvement. So, had to return.
Very concerning Akhilji. The company has no service centre in India. China is a communist dictatorship, not a democracy. It is a Chinese PSU, not a private company. Why would they care much for the after sale service? But I wish you would get the sercice

Ye to bahut hi afsos janak baat hai....Itne mahange radio ke sath aisa hona...aam aadmi ke liye iski price bear karna bahut hi badi baat hai..saahas karke Radio premi ise kharid bhi len to aisi sthitiya aane par jaan moonh ko aa jaata hai...main ise lene ke liye sonch raha tha..par ab ...sochna hoga loon ya na loon... Hope ki aapko koi solution mil jaaye..replace ya return ho jaaye ye..update dete rahiyega...dua karta hoon ki shubh hi ho....
I ordered,received and returned R 808, I don't find this 💫a good make. R 108 and D 109 are better build up. 108 and 109 have better speakers and so better sound. 109 is the best all-over package with additional BT and mp3 player functions. You can scroll through your playlist in TF card, and you can switch to next or previous videos on RU-vid by the turning of its turning knob. You feel like dxing RU-vid. It was an amazing experience. They must have put a better speaker in 808. Sensitivity, selectivity, and good sound must be in one package. Tone can be controlled by the AW button.

Wow ,,thanks for your info of scrolling next video of yt through tunning knob,,,it was a great find,,,,, Yes d 109 should be preferred from d 808 coz of its bluetooth,,,I m listening online aakaswani stations across INDIA through bluetooth,,,,
@abhaysinghshekhawat6110 ji, you can also pass to the next or previous track by tunning knob in mp3 mode in TF card... Try this, too. This D 109 can support 64 GB card, I am using 64 GB card with hanging the system of D 109.

Bhai, lengthy and complex ein dono me karan me warranty claim nehi ki. Par aap karo....mene apko follow karke warranty claim karonge.. Aapka filings me samash raha ho... Kyuki mere saat bhi same issue aye. Iski performance itna better tha iski bina sona sona lagne raha tha. Isliye mene sihuadon d808 buy karli. Aab to mere ko dor lagne laga.
@@Akhilvlogpoint koi fark to nehi...par xhdata d 808 jab liya ...kuch dino baat iski volume control nob se unwanted sound ( ger ger) ah raha tha. Par sihuadon d808 me abhi tak koi issue nehi dekhi. Future me kya hoga nehi pata.
Sir apne last time earphone use Kiya tha kya , ek baar earphone ko laga kr nikalo mere sath bhi aisa hua tha earphone ki pin aapas main kahi baar connect ho jaati hai or audio earphone ki tarf jaata hai !
Akhil ji Namaste मुझे काफी दुःख हुआ कि आपका xhdata d 808 radio खराब हो गया Akhil ji मेंने जब xhdata d109 purchased किया था तो मुझे ये 3 बार replace करना पड़ा था और चौथी बार सही product मिला था इनकी कोइ गारंटी तो होती नहीं है l ये radio काफी महंगा है आप कोशिश कीजिए replace हो जाये तो अच्छी बात होगी l thanks ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@bhupinderji291 नमस्कार सर, बुरा तो काफ़ी लग रहा है लेकिन जो हो गया उसका क्या ही कर सकते हैं। रेडियो लिए हुए अब तो २ महीने हो गए हैं तो रिप्लेसमेंट में थोड़ा टाइम तो लग ही जाएगा । मेल कर दी है अब देखते हैं क्या जवाब आता है ।
Maybe earphone jack main bhi problem ho skti hai , ek baar app earphone ko laga kr phir nikal kar try krke dekho , mere sath bhi aisa hua tha phir maine earphone laga kr theek ho gya tha !
Mere pass xhdata d 109 h,,,उसमें एक अनोखी समस्या ho gai he,,,,सारे stations ki awaaz tez एव सही aa रहीं हैं ,,सिवाय 603 khz jaipur ajmer के,,,पहले सही आती thi,normal aati thi,,pichle पांच महीने se bahut ही धीमी aa rhi he,,,,Maine और radio se check kiya 603 ki awaaj unme pahle jeesi hi sahi evam tez aa rhi he,,,,
@@abhaysinghshekhawat6110 मेरे हिसाब से रेडियो सिर्फ़ एक स्टेशन के लिए ख़राब नहीं हो सकता है। आप एक बार bandwidth चेंज कर के चेक कीजिएगा इस रेडियो का उसी स्टेशन पे ।

Namaskar Akhil Ji. Behad afsos ki baat hai ki XHDATA jaisa famous brand apne sub standard products Bharat me bhej raha hai. Fine Tune ka issue aap he ke saath nahi bahuto ke saath pehle hua hai. Radiwow in general respond to kar dete hai messages ka lekin voh ese manufacturing defects ko Return/Replacement window ke baad kaise cater karte hai, yeh ab aap he ke maadhyam se pata chalega. XHDATA purchase ke baad 3 months ka Replacement provide karta hai manufacturing defects par. Aap Radiwow se Warranty claim leejeye aur apni unit replace karwaaye. Agar Radiwow refuse karta hai to aap XHDATA me direct apni complaint raise karke D-808 ko China ship karwaaye. Enki policy ke hisaab se yeh Shipping Charges bhi apne taraf se bear karenge. Lekin aap poori koshish kareye ka ki yeh replacement aapko Radiwow se he mille. Because agar XHDATA aapko direct aapke residential address par new replacement bhejega to usme aapko additional Customs pay karna pad jaaye. Aasha karta hu aapko es issue ka samadhan jld praapt ho aur aapko naya D-808 ko unit XHDATA se mile. Shubhkaamnaao Sahit. 73! 🙏

@@Akhilvlogpointji zaroor. Aapko batana chaahunga maine December 2023 me D-219 liya tha. Radio price ke hisaab se bahut accha hai. Lekin aap vishwaas nahi karenge maine usse 2 baar return karke finally 3rd time ek usable product seller se receive hua. Kuch na kuch issues mujhe har return kari huye unit me feel hue. Jaise Tuning needle disalignment, Band Switch issues, Power button issues, and overall fit and finish. But the 3rd replacement worked just fine for me. I hope Radiwow will look into this QC issues and do the needful. Problem bas itni hai ki yeh Amazon Fulfilled orders Seller apne end se nahi bhjta. Balki ek collective stock Amazon Warehouse me rakhwa diya jaata hai. Waha se order aate he jaldi se ship kar dete hai. But jo defected returns hote hai, unhe seller ko waaps bhjne ke bajaaye usse repack karke agle customer ko bhida diya jata hai. Yeh mere saath Amazon ki 10+ years ki purchasing history bahut baari hua hai. Be it books, accessories, stained clothing and a radio recently etc. Multiple replacements ya return ke baad complaint file kar ke he next purchase usable milti hai. Abhi recently maine Nokia ka ek Keypad phone order kiya tha vo bhi used bheja hai mujhe Amazon ne. Replacement file kari hai. Esliye aapko bhi recommend karunga future me carefully shop kareyega e-commerce portals me. 73!

Defective item ko dobara customer ko nahi bhejne chahiye . Maine ye complain kai bar kiya tha specially to L1 Team If Amazon and yahi reason tha ki mera D-109 mujhe free me mila means paise aa gaye without returning the item. @@Jigyasa0340 नमस्कार भाई जी , बहुत लोगों के साथ समस्या है इस रेडियो को लेके । आप कमेंट्स सेक्शन में भी देख सकते हैं । कई लोगों ने बस रेडियो को चुपचाप रख दिया क्योंकि इसका कंप्लेन करने के बाद का प्रोसेस काफ़ी लंबा है और इनसे कम्युनिकेट करना थोड़ा लफड़े वाला है ।
बहुत हि बुरा लगा दिल सें. अगर भारत मैं XH-DATA के यूजर ज्यादा हैं तोह कपंनी ने 1 तोह सर्व्हिस सेंटर देना चाहिये. ईतना महंगा चीज कोई क्यों लेगा फिर...???
