I have been using OnePlus 11 since 1 month & it provide best performance to price ratio. With daily usage on 5G network with dual sim it still lasts 1 day & 15h+ . I am pretty satisfied with its performance & now have sidelined my S22+ due to battery life though it has more features than OnePlus 11. I would like to highlight that OnePlus 11 display calibration is eye friendly & gives less strain on my eyes.

Why didn't you go for the s23? I'm a one plus user and am currently considering whether to get a one plus 11 or switch to a Samsung. Can't remember the last one plus I bought (the model) but I've gradually been let down by them - the only thing stopping me currently is lots of good reviews about the newest OnePlus 11. 🤷‍♂️

@@zeeshanrasoolkhan right, but a fair comparison of the one plus 11 would be versus the s23 (not the ultra) as the prices are similar. I'm wondering why you'd opt for the one plus 11 and not just stick with the s23? Especially if you also own an s22. I've never had a Samsung phone so moving over is more of a concern for me. On reading most reviews tho - the OnePlus 11 seems a very good phone so I'm wondering why I'd buy an inferior Samsung (just the basic s23) versus the flagship OnePlus 11. 🤷‍♂️. It's actually quite a hard decision. Another phone that looks interesting is the xiamo 13 pro

@@siralexbateman bro! I think you have never used OneUI of Samsung. I would suggest try once Samsung OneUI. I would recommend buy S23+ instead of base S23 because it comfortably lies between S23 and S23 Ultra. Even now Iphone 14/14 plus would be a better option if you are fine with 60 Hz display & lightning port normal charging.
@ulysses4989
@ulysses4989 8 месяцев назад
@@siralexbatemanIt depends entirely on what you're after. The OnePlus 11 has depreciated quite a bit in value it's actually half the price of an S23 ultra right about now. The Samsung has a better camera than both phones here. I'd say drop the Xiaomi, the OS is horrible to use, updates are slow etc. I'd call it iOS gone wrong. If you want an excellent camera and aren't too worried about the price, go for the S23 ultra or in that case wait for the 24. Support on Samsung and Apple devices is usually the longest and their customer service is more readily available. If I were to choose between the OnePlus 11 and Xiaomi 13 pro, one might think the Xiaomi has a better camera and may overall be better but their MIUI takes that away. I'd take the OnePlus over the Xiaomi because it's better value for money. If money wasn't as big a concern then Samsung is the go to.

It's confirmed to be coming back with the OnePlus 12 and if I recall correctly a 5400 mAh battery. In terms of pricing, the flagship Xiaomi is up there in price with the flagship S23 Ultra. Why pay that much for a Xiaomi device when the S23 ultra has the better camera, display, build, comes with a stylus and a higher clocked CPU with much better software support.
@andyH_England

This is easy, if money is no object then Xiaomi is clearly the better phone and an easy win. However, if you want to save some money and lose some flagship features then the OP11 is as good a choice in that scenario as there is. Though the caveat is that the Xiaomi 13 (non-pro) would be close to the OP11. Both are solid phones that beat the best of Samsung at the pricing.

You can hardly see anything in the shadows on a few photos here but I'm guessing the wall for example is not that black in reality. My wife and myself have been die-hard Samsung fans since I could remember and I mean this year I was going to once again just fall in line with Samsung and get the flagship model. Obviously being pro Samsung you keep supporting these overbearing overlords. I decided to take some time to really think about it as when it comes to Samsung, you might have a upper hand in camera capability, you enjoy your stock android feel and are use to the operating system but, what always made me think about moving to a different company was the fact that they have this monopoly but yet, you have whatever MaH battery that drains no matter what software tweaks you do, and when it's time to really charge when you need it, you are stuck with this pathetic charging speed, sure you have wireless but have you ever actually had something with more than 45 watts? I surely didn't as everything I owned was Samsung, so you think 2023 and they are still just riding the monopoly. Man, that was annoying to me I can tell you, sure you have a "superior" device but is it worth it? It took me literally 4 months doing research, as I've only known Samsung and I only supported the Samsung life style, I really tried to find ways of convincing myself why move to another brand since "Samsung is king", it took so much time, I spent weeks on end just reviewing and searching...And finally it wss down to Oneplus, Pixel and Xiaomi as my top three, of course the unknowns were scary to someone like me I can tell you that honestly, and in my country you can only get these devices from directly using a third party to ship it from let's say China for instance, that's where my Oneplus came from. Now, I am staying off the beaten path, but I legitimately can tell you this, with some software updates the kinks would be ironed out and yes the camera will never be as good as Samsung but, if it had some stabilisation it will perform well, some tweaks on Oneplus end with the next gen models and it will be there. But, I am a gamer and gaming is all that matters to me, literally the one thing I need it for besides calling a loved one, and I can vouch for many things, such as the device itself is smooth as a babies butt, it really performs and I haven't touched the throttles or tweaked it, but really there is no need it does well on it's own. I personally am very glad I took this chance to just trust and try something else, because not only do I not pay those stupid Samsung prices, I have something that basically has so much built in battery saving capability that I never notice my battery drainage, sure obviously with gaming it does take a pounding, but...take a break, spend a few minutes doing anything else and bang right up to the nearly full or either fully charged mark, I mean it's a game changer for me, you have to understand I am a wireless charger fan, sure they could have added it, but at the price you are paying and the speed it has with charging capability you won't even notice it. Now I get that is inconvenient to many people who are used to wireless, but trust me, you won't need it with this device, and that's note blowing smoke, I am just being honest, I rarely charge my device and when I do I don't even notice it in my daily life, like I said they nailed it with battery on this device and I can't wait for generations of this device, once they iron out the kinks - 2 patches already done after having my device for under a month, it's really a different experience. One thing I really like is the fact that I have constant support with Oneplus, I always use my chat support to get what I don't understand about it. Sure, everyone is complaining about Oxygen OS, but really that's just because you are used to something a certain way, if you were like me just using Samsung devices sure, it will feel different and weird to you, but I've reached the point where my Samsung devices are annoying to use now, there OS is really frustrating compared to Oxygen OS, not saying it's the greatest, I am just saying it's convenient and with kinks being ironed out it will get much better. One piece of advice I can give anyone is, don't always trust reviews, this is something you have to take as a gut feeling and try it for yourself, remember something has to work for what you need as a user, and once those boxes are ticked, I mean you are pretty much fine. So, if you are considering Oneplus, Google or Xiaomi, I can tell you, they are the competition and either one of them is a great pick depending on your needs. For me though, I am glad I switched to one of my top three and my wife is already nagging as she enjoys the fact that my battery is so efficient to her Ultra lol, just saying from a family that only buys high end devices, this device is right up there with these flag ships!! Hope this helps someone else :)

Once again a very nice video. However, it's kind of a comparison between apples and oranges. Strictly speaking, both manufacturers have very different mission statements. Essentially, this is a Chinese flagship in the xiaomi versus a Chinese flagship killer in the Oneplus. This is also why there is such a price discrepancy. Simply put, the xiaomi 13 Pro has features such as wireless charging, power share, IR blaster and in my opinion a needless ip68 certification. This is definitely right on par with what would be considered a modern flagship. On the other hand, the OnePlus 11 foregoes those features and prioritizes things like processor, memory, advanced charging technology, build quality and they do not bother with the ip68 rating. Although, it is well known that OnePlus build every device with the equivalent of an ip68 rating but, they do not pay for the certification. In fact, a lot of people don't realize this but, that certification drives up the cost of the device by nearly $200 us currency. Frankly, the two factors about these devices that people should consider are updates and third party support. For example, xiaomi is not a company that is well known for providing timely updates. Moreover, how many years of updates that they guarantee for the 13 Pro seems to be somewhat nebulous. Conversely, OnePlus does provide timely updates and is guaranteeing 4 years of Android updates with an additional 5 years of security patches. To that end, the OnePlus seems to be ahead when it comes to future-proofing. As far as third party support is concerned, there are plenty of screen protectors and cases available for OnePlus devices. However, it has been my experience that cases for the xiaomi devices are somewhat hard to come by. At least, if you are looking for high quality major providers. It's simply something you have to consider for the longevity of the device. Again, this is a nice video and to some degree I think comparisons between apples and oranges are very necessary. I think it's fair to point out the differences between flagships and flagship killers. Personally, I chose the OnePlus 11. I think for the money there is no finer device in this category. At the end of the day, it comes down to usage and personal preference.

Based on the research report you've put there , I'm curious to ask you one question. What would you pick between pixel 7pro and OnePlus 11?
@dr.fitprofessor4363
@dr.fitprofessor4363 Год назад
@@pathhole3874 Actually, like I stated at the end of my comment I chose the OnePlus 11. Although, the pixel 7 Pro was one of the phones I was looking at. I was also considering the Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra but, at $1,200 I kind of laughed it off. I'm at an age and a place in my career where I can pretty much afford whatever device that I want but, I will not spend money foolishly. That was another reason that I blew off the xiaomi 13 pro. Frankly, Samsung and xiaomi want way too much money for features that I will never use. Again, we are also dealing with two different classifications of phones. The samsung, Google and xiaomi are all what could be considered flagships. Conversely, the OnePlus 11 is a flagship killer. For example, a flagship killer is all about the meat and potatoes. Specifically, they focus on processor, memory, advanced charging technology, build quality and bringing all of that to the consumer at a much lower price. On the other hand, a flagship offers you meat and potatoes but, they also serve you some side dishes that you may or may not want. Specifically, wireless charging, power share, IR blasters and needless ip68 certifications that do nothing but drive up the cost of the device. Most people are unaware of this but, an ip68 certification cost the manufacturer a lot of money and drives up the price point of the device by nearly $100 to $200. In fact, this is why OnePlus all of their higher end phones to the equivalent of an ip68 rating but, they do not pay for the certification. Moreover, I have personally opened a couple of their devices and all the gaskets and other waterproofing are present. Frankly, the only OnePlus devices that have the ip68 rating are the ones they provide to T-Mobile. Furthermore, that is because T-Mobile contractually obligated them to do so and why their variance cost more money than the factory unlocked devices. Now that you understand my thought process, let's talk about the pixel. At the time that I purchased my 11 the pixel 7 Pro was about $60 more which is not that big of a deal. However, the 11 features the Snapdragon 8 generation 2 chipset. On the other hand, the pixel 7 Pro features the tensor G2 chipset which is a custom built processor by samsung. Historically, Samsung exynos processors have two fatal flaws. First off, they have a tendency to bleed power needlessly which affects battery performance and the longevity of the cell. Secondly, they have always suffered from heating issues. Frankly, the tensor G2 processor is no exception to its siblings. Strictly speaking, if Google didn't want to use a Qualcomm processor they should have appealed to Media tech to build them a more advanced dimensity chipset. Obviously, this is not the path that Google chose. In my opinion, their idea behind a custom built processor to make modifications to the degree that they do is pointless. It does nothing but affect the efficiency of the device for the long term. In fact, Samsung for the most part only uses their own processors on their lower budget A series devices. By and large, Samsung chooses to use Qualcomm Snapdragon processors in their high-end flagship devices like the Galaxy s23 ultra. Logically, if Samsung won't use their own processors in their high-end devices you really have to ask yourself one question. Why should I buy any flagship that features one of their processors when they won't even use them in their own devices? In addition, you also have to ask the question of do I think that Samsung would really sell one of their major competitors a better processor than the one they are using themselves? Lol. I think the answer to that question is obvious. Strictly speaking, Samsung is probably not going to voluntarily put bullets into the weapon that Google is pointing at their head. Lol. Frankly, outside of the processor I think the pixel 7 Pro looks like an incredible phone. In fact, I love their innovation of the camera bar. I think it is very unique and it definitely sets their design apart from other flagships. In fact, I think it's one of the many things they do very well. Personally, I am more in the market for a flagship killer. As I mentioned earlier, the pixel 7 Pro was within $60 of the price of the 11 when I purchased it. However, it was a sale price and is now gone back to retail. To the point, I really don't care about features such as wireless charging or power share. Many people will not purchase a phone unless it has those things. However, I would much rather have 80 w fast charging and not have to wait two to three hours for my phone to charge. Instead, my 11 can charge from 0 to 100% in less than a half an hour. Again, this is a personal choice and other people may have other priorities. Strictly speaking, even plugged in Samsung and pixel cannot compete in this category. My needs are based around power and performance and I really don't need a lot of secondary and somewhat gimmicky features. In addition, I was able to purchase my 16 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage 11 at the pre-order price of $699.99. that is actually the regular price for their 8 GB of RAM variant. Frankly, this phone is buttery smooth and is one of the fastest devices that I've ever used. For the money I absolutely do not regret my decision.

In fact, the camera systems that were used in the Apollo missions to the Moon we're all hasselblad. They are the finest in swedish technology. Failure to mention the older e4 panel on the OP11 vs the latest e6 on the Xiaomi was a miss IMO

What’s the problem with that?. Is E4 panel bad??
@AmitGupta-zm1wg
@AmitGupta-zm1wg Год назад
@@danielobioma9091 E4 is a two year old panel. E6 is the latest one which is 25% more efficient than the E6 and has a peak brightness of around 1800 nits vs 1300 nits on the E4. OnePlus has clearly cut corners here by choosing this display and usb 2.0 and no wireless charging
@TheMagnitudo
@TheMagnitudo Год назад
@@AmitGupta-zm1wgyes and no, I had the E6 and viewing angle is not pleasant as it easy turns to blue tint. So yes it's 2 years old but not always the last is the best even if I've to admit that in direct super sunlight is a bit more visible but.... how many times it happens during our life ? And the gap is not day and light.

@jejunamja
@jejunamja Год назад
@@AmitGupta-zm1wg I would agree they made some decisions to cut cost. That’s why the 1+11 is three to $400 cheaper and so you can decide if wireless charging a slightly better screen and a slower 2.0 port is worth 300+ dollars to you if it is that he go ahead.

Tell me one thing when you decide to buy big flagship phone why would you want to avoid samsung or apple??
@davidfleb
@davidfleb Год назад
For me it's the slow charging speeds (and i don't like iOS at all, way too simple). for others they don't want to be mainstream and like to have a unique device. Also the price comes into play, where I'm from S23 ultra is ~1,200 USD while the Xiaomi 13 pro is 890 and OnePlus 850 (256 version)
@artdogg50
@artdogg50 Год назад
Both are overpriced for my tastes. Samsung has way too many features that I'll never use and few of the ones I really want. Apple too few features that I'd really like to have in general. Plus after I've used 120w fast charging, I simply can't go back to really slow charging on my daily driver.
