@@jandelaogcake spending that amount of money for a phone that it's software support is only like 2 years is a deal break, that's like less than some low budget phones.
Nice to finally see USB 3 on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Given the insane capabilities of this camera you can easily transfer RAW 4k 60 video from your phone to your PC, given how much space Motioncam Pro can take when recording this is good to see
Yea but slower charging speed, I rather have USB 2 then for faster charging. Wireless is plenty fast with my internet connection for transfers (but hardly use it).
@@slecht Yeah, my best guess is they haven't spent enough time with USB 3.2 to customize it use 120w charging while the phone has a 5000mah battery, but I could be wrong
I gotta say man, i love that you portray your love of Anime onto your thumbnails through wallpapers of the phones you review. This is why im subbed to you, not to mention you also do reviews very professionally, which leads to high quality videos. but maaaaan, i wish i could afford for one of the phones you review, im rocking an old 6S plus that an aunt of mine used in the states 4 years ago that im currently using. its an old thing, wish i could get a taste of newer phones. one of the perks of a great product reviewer :( you get to keep the product a brand sends your way.
Damn... your comment like what i'm gonna type if i want to comment, u just like me fr fr... Only the difference is i'm using my dad's previous phone.. it is old.. 😅
Now this phone is really gorgeous. Great tech stuffed inside there as well. Only problem is they're not offering 4 years of OS updates unlike some rivals.
Hi Chris! Thanks for this review! I really like Xiaomi phones but am undecided between getting the 13 Ultra or the Samsung 23 Ultra so I'm looking forward to your comparison of these next week. Keep up the great work and humour! Beth 😁
Lost mine to some thugs. Tried to get one since, but every store I find still has it listed at the launch price which was higher than that of the 13 ultra even.😔😔😔 I guess I'll settle with the 13 ultra now
@@xaviernic3675 Have you checked online stores? Can't guarantee they will ship to your location but Bludiode and Giztop have it listed for alright prices. And if you're looking for the 13 Ultra Bludiode has a really good price, hopefully this helps.
To my understanding Mi and Note series have full resolution photo unlocked for third party camera apps. 13 Ultra should be max out at 12 Mpix. Huawei P and Vivo X series also have unlocked photo sensor.
I'm using the Mi 11T Pro at the moment, but if they bring this in the UK I'll be very tempted to get it. Basically has everything I'm looking for really
I may have missed this (sorry in advance if I did), but is there a full manual/RAW option for stills? What is the maximum shutter speed length of time for long exposures? And is there a dedicated/specialized Astro mode? Finally, if you are only using this phone as a compact camera, do you really need the international version for anything? Thanks! Love the channel.
Hi Uncle Spurt! John from Texas again. That video you showed on the Xiaomi Ultra was the first episode of Red Dwarf! I'm definitely a Dwarfer. Have the whole series! That was from 1988 talking about the video quality of the phone. All video from the 1980's looked like it was shot thru a beer glass that hadn't been washed since the mid seventies!
Hi mate, great video as always I really enjoy your posts. Quick question, Xiaomi 13 Ultra china version, how did you get on with signal in the UK on 4G & 5G please?
I used to "must have" a new phone every 6-8 months. That all stopped with my P30 pro. I'm still so satisfied with this thing. Still as quick as the day I defiled her flower. Whenever I do go new, I reckon I quite like the Xiaomi 12 Lite. ZAR is in the toilet compared to other currencies 😢
Really want to see confirmation in actual use of the USB-C spec, seems all the RU-vidrs missing that this is the first Xiaomi with proper USB specs. Show us some HDMI out! Also, nice Oshi No Ko wallpaper.
Looks awesome but what do you think is best out of Xiaomi 13 ultra, honor magic 5 pro or oppo findx 6 pro? Main interest is in photos then battery duration as my current findx2 pro is barely lasting a day since I got a refurb replacement.
I am also wondering this for me it's between Xiaomi and Oppo cause he said honor has issues with apps in his review and I can't deal with that. I just want oppo or Xiaomi to come out with a global version of either phone soon.
in need of an upgrade from my Oneplus 7 pro , but stuck between a rock and a hard place with your reviews s23 Ultra Honor Magic 5 pro or this 13 Ultra beast. from one Geordie to another HELP!!! If it was your money where would it go?
Hello! I'm really interested in this phone. Will this be good to take photos of moving toddlers? I find my S22u can't quite capture a moving subject unless you get the timing right. The shutter is't as quick. Would love a phone with a quick, accurate shutter. What do you reckon? Thanks
Does anyone have any idea how to get one of these in the UK? I need a Global/EU version so it has the correct network bands and also so it have full Google Play Services with Google Pay, Android Auto etc.
Finally! Xiaomi finally decides to give USB 3 to their flagship. finally a decent contender, though im still going with my S23U since I still don't like MIUI
@@dailyrd Still Rocking the Mi 10 ultra and thinking of passing this one by, Its amazing after 3 yeara...if i had another phone than that i will sure go for it :0
As always, super good video. Do you think the battry life is on par with the S23U or the pro version ? 6h of SOT does not seem that much, but you are right, if you actually used it for photos and videos, then on normal use it should give 7 or more even.
The HDR algorithm needs work, as shown in your photos and those of many others. Why are all reviewers praising the images and ignoring the issue? Probably as most reviews nowadays are sales pitches to get people to click on affiliate links.
Yeah its time to raize awareness to companies that regular security patches and periodically updating to the latest version of android is mandatory . And this should be done without raising the phone price
Given that it has invested so heavily in a 1 inch sensor and 2 stop aperture, I think a huge miss has been not putting in a dedicated shutter button with the "half press" you find in cameras.
What do you think of the materials used bro, does it feel cheap or flagship quality..🤔 I'm asking cause one reviewer said it feels cheap and he also said the audio quality isn't good.....
