Hey Guys, I hope you enjoyed the video! 😎 So the Xiaomi 14 cost €999 for the 12+256GB and €1,099 for the 12+512GB version, while the Xiaomi 14 Ultra cost €1,499 and only comes in a 16+512GB variant 🤑 What are your thoughts on their prices? 🤔 P.S - I'll review the 14 Ultra as soon as I get sent one ✌
Can't wait for your amazing battery test Nick. Looks like a really great option. Must admit, I am a huge fan of Xiaomi. Was always stuck on Samsung for long but forced myself to try the Xiaomi Note 10 Pro, their 1st 108mp camera phone and have been so dawn impressed with Xiaomi photography so much that with all the other annoyances like battery life okay but not amazing, USB 2.0 etc well up to last year. I still found myself really looking forward to another release. I've had Mi 10, 12s Ultra as well and just really loved all of them and held them the longest compared to all other phones I've owned. You always cover your devices excellently Nick and I always look forward to your take on them and trust them enough for next purchases. Currently own the S24U and Honor Magic 5 Pro, both great but would trade both to try the 14 Pro. Probably silly but don't care. Just have a thing for the Xiaomi's. Hate that we don't get them from cellphone providers here in Ireland.
And much more to offer... I have been waiting for a upgrade from my Mi9T which is still running good to this day and this is finally a worth replacement.
You do get the settings icon in the control centre At 8:40 it's directly below the auto-rotation icon Although, I still prefer the top-right corner icon which was present in the MIUI
I have a Samsung S24 ultra. I got it for £589 after discounts. I will get £735 for my S24 Ultra and the Xiaomi 14 for £809 with student discount. I don't feel I am downgrading as the Xiaomi 14 will meet all my needs like the S24 Ultra.
Bro honor magic 6 pro xeetech said it has 2 hours more than the s24 ultra and iPhone 15 pm I just can't wait to see the battery drain test keep it up bro 👍
Why they don't listening to people and put the headphone jack again on the phones? And that horrible back cameras design, really? It cover 40% of the back phone
Great Review Nick. Also I'd appreciate if during ur game test in Genshin, you showcase more graphically intense area of the map with lot more rendering load, otherwise we wont know the actual capability of the chip. Also please add some more newer games with high graphics
I like Xiaomi phones but MIUI/Hyper OS is unfortunately one big mess... I stick rather with Pixels and Galaxy phones because of software but if Xiaomi make something in this area then I'll buy Xiaomi phones again 👍🏻
This phone is the perfect size for me; just slightly larger than my beloved Samsung S10. (6.1) Just 1 important question; will it work here in the U.S. on the T-Mobile network? Thank You!
Does anyone have problems with camera fogging (going from warm to cold or vice versa)? I'm also interested in the battery life (if someone uses 2 SIM cards, a little playing games, a little photography, using it for surfing the Internet and social networks / applications, while the mobile Internet is turned on non-stop)?
I would really like to see a comparison of the battery life of the current smartphones with the Xiaomi 14 Pro and with the Honor Magic 6 Pro. Will the Honor have the best battery life again? With 5600 mAh it should have a good chance. Will there be a comparison with all smartphones? I'm really looking forward to it!
Arun reviewed a X14 Ultra. He did not mention it was the Chinese version. He did not mention that Xiaomi has all the hi res audio codecs and Samsung and iPhone does not. We know who pays his bills.
Can anyone tell me if xiaomi UK is legit? I want to buy the xiaomi 14 that has a deal which you get a free Mi Pad. This sounds really good but I just want someone to confirm that it is safe to buy from. Thank you!
Interconnectivity and AI features aren't released for now. It says Q2 2024 for interconnectivity, and for all of them, the beta recruitment and access just started, so you need to join in the program to get that update
Actually the Pro model should've joined its smaller version regardless of the Ultra model's global availability.... It should always be up to the buyers and not be decided by the company.....
I've heard of quite a few cases where the camera glass is fogging. I'd wish manufacturers stopped using this overarching glass on top of all the elements, gives you literally zero advantages. I'd say read into these before you purchase, because that mic hole might be responsible for it and then you are stuck taking crappy photos with your overpriced tablet.
