I admire Xiaomi Company, they are really in the race for quality products. Recently I bought my Xiaomi 75'' smart tv which I'm enjoying very well. Well done Xiaomi and keep it up
First of all thanks a great review on this Tv . I like the way you speaks about it ,Are you using this 75inch TV for your own purposes or is it you lend it for the review purpose ?
I have been using this TV for a little over a year, in general, what I want to say: before the software update, it was a fantastic TV for 100t.r, the menu did not slow down, everything worked just super. In the fall of 2022, a software update came, and, in anticipation of some new goodies, it was naturally updated. Since then, the TV just terribly slows down, it freezes that you have to pull it out of the socket, hdmi is buggy, then the receiver (connected to it) turns on and off arbitrarily, then it freezes when you turn on ps5 in hdmi3, then the sound lags on hdmi, then MEMC (120Hz) falls off , did a general reset, it did not help, the glitches are repeated again. It just became impossible to use! Is there a way to roll back to the old factory firmware ???
Hi there, just would like to check in with you about this, its been 5 months since you had the 75 inch tv, i know you have mentioned that your distance with the tv is good enough for big tv... jusr checking how has it been so far? With your 2.3m distance, do you feel your eyes hurt or strain ,from your seating distance , to watch the big tv? I plan to put it as well, but people warn me that having a 75 inch may hurt the eyes in the longrun even with a 2.3m distance.. if you share some advices/opinions on this. 😊
Hi Mads, fantastic video and thanks for making it so practical. Would you be able to share your experience on the overall system speed. Is the TV too slow... specifically when you open an app does it take a lot of time to open. Thanks in advance
Overall it’s good. Boot up fast, app launch is decent but I do see the intermittent ones and I suspect it is from android side because I see it on most android os TVs. However it’s not very obvious, doesn’t affect my experience
I ordered an 86inch TV from Xiaomi. My biggest concern with it is screen burn. Here's hoping it's better than my last few TVs. A real problem with shadows building up on the screen, especially dark bands where RU-vid preview videos are displayed when watching something.
Hi Mads, what's your opinion on choosing between Samsung AU8000 or Mi Q1E or TCL C725? The price is quite the same right now, which one is the best buy?
In a dilemma deciding between the Xiaomi Q1, Prism+ Q75, Prism+ Q65 QE Pro, and iiFalcon K72 - all similar price range😅 Any chance of having shootout between them? Curious to find out which is best among them
Hi. Are you able to connect this TV to Google home and switch on using voice command? I have a 65 inch mi TV and it seems to use a bluetooth controller and not ir. For your advice please.
@@madsncakes awesome... i watched some other review, and they said it is not there, so i was pleasantly surprised to see you had it monted on the wall... :-) and thank you for reply
Can you tell which is a better buy overall between samsung frame tv 2021 65 inch or mi qled 75 inch ( screen size is not an issue, either is fine ). But with regards to overall quality, sound, ports, connectivity, future proof, light to moderate gaming, tv ui experience, lag or stutters ?? Kindly consider all the points.
gotten the q1 for my living room now looking for a smaller one for bedroom, how do you compare q1 and iffalcon for PQ and dimming effect? iffalcon price is so attractive.
At 5:44, it looks like Q1 has same problem as P1 playing Netflix Dolby Vision content. It looks like there's a white filter on the whole display!! It does not look like local dimming NOT working as the whole display is whitish. It looks like both of them could NOT process Dolby Vision as well as it should be. But playing RU-vid 4k, Ultra 4k and HD contents, there is no white filter problem. It's only Dolby Vision content that has it. And i don't know why.
all that bloom effect on mi qled tv is due to camera exposure or what? most of the netflix content you showed had faces blown out but thats not the case on the other tv you compared in the video with mi qled.
@@madsncakes if the iso is little high why not the ips panel on the other hand not showing the blown out colors? Is the camera focusing on 75inch qled?
@@BharathKumar-bf6mi it's because the brightness is different on the tvs ... camera iso is adjusted for the ips panel... if they adjust the iso for the va panel, we can't see the ips panel ... itwill be too dark
Really need help deciding between Mi QLED 75 inch or LG C1 65 inch OLED. I couldn’t find any suggestions or comparisons anywhere online. Any inputs/suggestions are appreciated.
Your voice is good. Just the camera man should take video properly. No need to take from video difficult angle. We just want to see the product properly.
Its a good tvs, big size and its has hdmi 2.0 and support hdmi 2.1.. Im almost want to buy this tvs, but after u said that this tvs do not support native 4k 120hz and VRR its chg my mind... For the price i can get LG Oled C1 48 inch for the same price.. My apartment not big..
Yes. Movies are meant to display colors as how the directors want to present to viewers to bring out emotions. One of my criterion for TV is the degree of "black-ness" it can produce.
Lol. Remembered i asked before about the 75 inch tv and you said it is too big for a bto. Now im using prism 86 qe pro and sold my 75 inch tv. Bigger tv= more immersive. Maybe its my opinion, but i find qled too 'fake'. Oled is good enough.
Actually bigger not always best, subject to seat distance. I downsize my 100" projector as it's way too big for my 2.4m seating distance. 3m will be awesome for 100". I'm hoping 75" will be just nice for 2.4m distance.
@@madsncakes once u turn off your vpn it will go back to android ui . my tv is always connected to a vpn so ya even when i turn off the tv and on it back later the ui doesn't change..if u are worried that some apps such as mewatch, prime video, viu might not work properly when the vpn is on u can always set those apps to "bypass vpn" . most vpn have that function.
Purchased from XiaoMi Flagship Store @ Lazada Mall. Stated that 36 months warranty onsite for TVs BUT they did not respond in all ways they've listed to contact them the past week. I am also a big fan of XiaoMi but I think they need to get their mojo together.
