It is almost perfect .. It does not light up the floor and does not fold to clean under the couch. I am looking for such for daaaays and it either does not have mop or folding, I don't need the light that much.... Also I've read it weights around 4kg while others can weight 1.6kg .. I wonder if the weight is measured in the same way, tho.
Avoid this vacuum. The battery will fail in 1 year and less. You can see many facing the same issues over the internet. Just search for G10 Error 7. About all of them facing it in 1 year and less. The battery replacement price can already bought you a fullest Corvan Cordless K9 (in MY) which is just as good, with some spare money left. I will no longer buy any Xiaomi products. One by one of their product fails me.
Redkey f10, Dreame v11, Dreame t20, Dreame XR, MI VACUUM CLEANER G10 or tineco a11? I want to have a cordless vacuum with a removable battery and have both soft/hard brushes so I can clean both the hard floor and carpet without any problem. Any recommendation?
Yup removable battery and to be able to buy spare batteries. I dont know why this is not a thing. Also have cannister to be removable because it may need to be washed out.
I just purchased one and got it yesterday - looks very interesting to me and I am so happy to have seen one of your videos because I did not find the hepa filter :) .. not I was able to see where it is hidden.
I bought this few months ago but the wheel from main floor brush came out. It is cracked so i cannot put it back on. It keeps in falling off. I tried many shop hoping to buy the main brush only but can't find anywhere. Mi store also dont have any idea about it. They should have but spare parts for sale in their store for such expensive things. Now the vacum is useless.
Its not meant to be used all the time on full power. Medium setting is enough to maintain your home if you vacuum every 2 days. I think people just misunderstand the purpose of stick vacuums. Unless you get an expensive Dyson or similar they should only be used to maintain your home every 2-3 days and remove just enough large duat so that mopping the floor becomes easy. The mopping is what will actually get your hard floor clean not the vacuuming. If you want a powerful vacuum then classic vacuums are the way to go if you have a lot of carpets + animals in the home. If not then a cordless vacuum could be a very easy way to maintain your home. Also if you have a big house a stick vacuum is pointless due to the limited battery capacity
For artificial grass, it may need more suction power so u might need to turn it to turbo mode. But with turbo mode, battery life will be relatively shorter 👌
Ive had mine 6 months and it’s a piece of garbage. I wish I’d spent a bit more and got a Dyson. It worked ok for a while and then I started getting error messages. Nothing helped and customer service told me to take it into a service store. It’s too far away for me to get to as I don’t drive, and it’s too much hassle, especially as I still have a guarantee on it. Really disappointed.
depends in which country, in mine it is not that popular. We have xiaomi, dreame, boch, tefal, beko etc. there is dyson too but the most common is Philips.
I advise against Xiaomi vacuum cleaners. I have a G10 whose battery did not last a year. The cost of a new battery is 50% of the price of a new vacuum cleaner....
Never mind TFT display and other gimmicks. It has serious battery issues leading to rapid discharge, difficulties in charging and a very expensive spare or replacement battery. It looks like a toy, it vacuums like a toy and is as much useful as a toy. Classic vacuum cleaner any time for double less the price.
It's just another very poor clone of an old Dyson design. Nasty turquoise colour scheme make it look like a ,$10 child's toy. Don't bother, just buy a Dyson, there's a reason it's being copied by endless Chinese companies, Dysons i are by far the best vacuum cleaners available.
The question is ? Why cost so Low? If its that good then a dyson? Maybe pay low salary to build or if dont pay .. if a dyson cost 400 why this cost less if its “similar”
2/3 versions from now this Xiaomi vacum will catch up to Dyson and still remain affordable. Xiaomi are doing some very good work in the electrical/rechargeable sphere.
Dyson is overrated, mine died after 2 years too... the reason why it is expensive is due to the site of manufacturing and "brand". Dyson and Xiaomi target different audience group so their products are priced differently.
