Hello. I have this exact phone, but the problem is that I cannot unlock it because I forgot the password. It accepts my fingerptint, but still asks for the password I entered last. It's been over half a year and I can't remember. I do not want to do a factory reset on it, because I need my photos and notes and all my data from it. Unfortunately, I did not back any of it up anywhere, because I'm a little paranoid about that. The only way to access my data again would be if there was a way to hack my phone somehow.
