Xiaomi NineBot GoKart PRO (Lamborghini edition) - Hands on in Beijing! [Xiaomify]

Xiaomi - Ninebot has just released this Go Kart pro in collaboration with Lamborghini. It sure ain't an actual Lambo, but is it any good? Let's find out!
The Ninebot GoKart is powered by the Ninebot balancing scooter MAX. Just like the first generation Go-Kart they have released it uses the balancing scooter as a rear-tire motor.
The ninebot gokart max does go A LOT faster than its predecessor. Whereas the first generation goes up to around 25 km/h, the ninebot GoKart PRO goes up to 40 km/h. (+/- 24 mph) And that makes it super cool!
You can set it between various speed modes which will restrict the maximum speed (8, 18, 28 and 40 km/h) and it can be set up and changes with the ninebot APP as well.
It also has a speaker on front which can play some lamborghini sound effects, which really is a bit of a gimmick, but it can also be used as a bluetooth speaker to play music from your phone.
Overall I had quite some fun driving around the Ninebot Gokart Pro, especially because Xiaomi had this track around their campus area which allowed me to freely drive around.

I can afford this but I'm extremely disappointed in the specs and material vs the price.....I would never pay the price tag for this I'd give them $300 bucks max I was excited up until seeing this video. Side note you did a fantastic job with this video my disappointed is based on the kart itself

There's a bunch of websites selling this kart online for $49-$69. I found a site selling it for $44 after tax and shipping, and I bought it. Pretty sure it's a scam, but I'm just curious to see what I'll actually get, if anything at all. Estimated delivery is 20 days, so I'll be back to update then

Go kart pro has a max speed of 32 kmh, this one can go 40 kmh. It has a larger battery, a speedometer, and a Bluetooth speaker

Same Problem here. I Cant connect it to the App. Only the s MAX when Not connected to the Gokart. Tutorial done and 1km challenge done but no Chance to change to Speed Mode for the Go Kart :-(

Driving these go-karts around is an absolute blast. I own two of them and can honestly say drifting is fun until it's time to replace the tires. The tires are not as cheap as one might expect.

That depends on where you can drive in your town. -Some cities will have training tracks or other designated areas where you could drive it..

I drove this around Stanley Park/coal harbour in Vancouver on a Sunny day. honestly one of the funnest things I ever did in my life. Definitely eye-catching . however i decided not to buy one for myself and good thing i didn't. reason: the battery loses it's power over time the more you charge it. after about a dozen runs, you may need to replace the battery according to my friend who is the owner. replacement of the battery means replacing the whole segway unit we think and that costs like $1000 usd or more. that's crazy. i ended up getting a convertible instead lol...
