I had the same problem and I just stored the phone 1 knight in the freezer. took it out, cleaned the phone and put it on the loader. the phone started with a loading battery (0%power) and after 5 minutes I could start the phone.

If someone has skills, all you need to do is desolder the small PM IC on the left side, this little plate and that's it, the phone comes alive like a newborn, as you can say it can also be done, but that doesn't solve the problem and the phone will freeze. If you do as I wrote, you can turn it on and off whenever you want.

The deadboot issue is still happening at this time 😢, If you ever opened your phone (POCOM3) , do not shut it down by holding the power key or update or even make it to 10%. This will make your POCOM3 dead. When a deadboot happens to your POCOM3 i recommend you to force reboot(Holding the power key to 8 secs). Do it 4 times a day, it will just miraculously open. If you force reboot and it vibrates, it means your battery is drain(0%). if this happens charge it, never unplug it in this process. Do the fast boot by pressing the power key and volume button down by 8 secs. This will show a fastboot logo. Just hold the volume down and power key until it reboots. If this works do not power off your POCOM3 ever again. If not just unplug it and give it to a technician.

I have a solution I hope you can solve the problem because I am the one who accidentally rebooted the phone and it won't turn on I did all the ways I was desperate for a week sent to the repair shop the phone technician said it can't be fixed I'm very sorry and so I leave my phone for 1 week, don't charge the battery. I repeat, don't leave it for 1 week. After 1 week, if you are sure that your phone battery is absolutely dead, try plugging in the charger. If the battery percentage goes up, your device is back to normal, good luck. Don't despair, believe me because I'm more desperate than you and more desperate than many people, but I was able to get through it.

I can't turn on my Poco M3. After fully discharging and connecting the charger, it starts to charge and takes about 2A. After charging to 10%, for example, when I try to turn it on and press the switch, the current drops to about 0.100A and it does not turn on. A black screen remains, I do not show anything, not even the state of charge battery, but uses about 0.100A all the time. I disconnect the power and when it is completely discharged, I connect the charger and it charges 2A again, after pressing the switch it drops to about 0.100A again, and so on and on, which may be the reason.

The battery is good, I measured with a multimeter. When fully discharged it is charged to 100%. But the phone cannot be turned on. One time it fired for me, it worked until my daughter discharged it completely. After discharging it, I can not start it again and the symptoms are as I wrote.
