So basically, the Redmi Pad SE has a headphone jack and bigger display while the Redmi Pad has a longer battery life, more portable, and better processor. I'll probably go with the Redmi Pad SE because in my country, the price difference between the SE and normal one is very big and i'll only be missing out on a bit better processor.
hi, is the pen compatible with the Redmi Pad SE? and does the magnetic attraction work on the Redmi Pad SE too? (if not what do you suggest to use for the Redmi pad SE?) Thank you.
really want the pad 6 but cant justify spending that much right now! redmi pad it shall be! the doogee t30 was an option also but this one has a better refresh rate.
Was disappointed to learn there is a new one as I just bought the regular one. After seeing this I'm happy with mine as it seems to have better performance and a smaller size as 10.6 is already too big for my taste.
The newer one has pretty much the exact same specs if you're not using it for games except for aluminium back. Seems like they're just selling the same thing with a fresh new pricing. So you're not losing out.
what i dont like about the SE version is that it only have eMMC 5.1 vs UFS 2.2 in Redmi Pad and that would be a very big difference as the ufs 2.2 is a much faster speed when it comes to loading apps, memory access and over all performance
Bhai mujhe only you tube video, telegram video or kishi educational application per class lene ke liye teblet lena h konsa lu redme pad ya redme pad se????
the lack of gps and compass is a deal breaker for me, was planning on getting one as my budget tab but after seeing that deficiency, I just sadly declined picking one up.
Personally, I find the SE best for video watching, especially with that Headphone jack. But both are good enough. The regular one might be good for casual gaming too.
@@wdhjix i intend to study and watch stuff, but i need to multitask while studying so that's why i'm torn. also maybe play games, but silly ones nothing like free fire
They "only" have 4Gb RAM. That should be minimum for phones nowadays but tablets should have at least 6-8. I think I would go for Redmi Pad bacuse it has G99 and 18 W "fast" charging.
@@enigmalex3649 nope, i have redmi pad se, if you charge with 20 watt or higher redmi pad se will charge fast charging. I charge with 33 watt and my redmi pad se fast charging, only 2 hour 10% to 100%
The Honor Pad X9 seems to be a pretty close competitor between these two devices. Even one upping the SE a little by having a 120Hz display and a Snapdragon 685 over the 680 found in the SE. Of course, the Helio G99 in the regular Redmi pad still edges it out in raw performance, but that 120hz display with only a minimal amount of performance decrease is awfully tempting.
Here in Israel the SE is cheaper than the pad if you buy the 128/4 memory versions so its looks like a no brainer. However for the same price as the 128/4 pad you can get a 256/8 SE - so its a puzzler which to buy.
For me, SD card on SE makes in only option, pad 5 has no SD card. I really on 1024 GB SD card storage for entertainment when I have downtimes on job where is no internet access. pad SE has g99 which is underpowered chip maching performance of roughly 7 y old devices likes of Galaxty s9 and s10. Processor in SE is enough to give you smooth experience in navigation across system and apps (scrolling and animation will be smooth), but it can't play Games in smooth 30 Frames per second to which it lacks about 25% of computing power. If you don't play 3d games and you play only 2d Pad SE is no-brainer due to it's low price. It has better screen, Audio, Sd card, Headphones Jack, Larger battery, less power consumption, 1/3 longer battery life. But if you really must have tablet I recommend importing Lenovo P series Tablet from Oceanic or Asian Market. In china They have Xiaoxin 2024 tablet by lenovo. Xiaoxin's specsheet resembless 3y old galaxy s7 tablet for 1/4 of the price. These tablets offer unbeatable price to performance. Names are either Xiaoxion or lenovo p11 or p13 depending on region, it's same tablet.
Realme pad se is 130 usd for 128/4 in indonesia, and the normal pad costs about 217~230 usd for the 128/6 here The difference is quite noticable in performance But i can't recommend the redmi pad because the mipad 5 is already below 300 bucks, why would anyone go for the normal pad, plus the pad se has a similar panel quality so for people who really dont care for performance, they can go for the pad se instead or for those who care, they'd buy the mipad 5
Price is much lower apparently. Here in Mexico the SE is being sold at around 150usd and it just launched. Redmi Pad is usually 190usd. Maybe Pad SE will go down to the 130usd eventually which is the price of an honor x8 or a tab a8
Might as well get the Xiaomi pad 5/6 cause both of Redmi tab and se don't support smart pen.. however U can just buy a universal stylus but they don't have palm rejection
