Xile, if you come across this I just wanna let you know you're so strong and it takes a lot of courage to speak about things like this but you help people feel less alone Social media can be toxic and I hope you don't let other peoples opinions get to you. Some people come and go in your life but with the right tools learned in therapy you can overcome anything, at least thats what Ive learned.
This was very refreshing and lovely. I’ve been dealing myself with depression and lack of sleep, I woke up clicked on the video got ready did some workout and had water which usually would take me ages. Thank you ladies I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your family/or friends. 💗💗💗
I love this. I relate so much to her with the social anxiety and depression. It really does affect your every day life and my anxiety has gotten worse when my parents died. I’m still struggling and I’m to scared to go to therapy
If anyone out there would like to support it, there's a little mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome Suicidal Thoughts by Harper Daniels that was helpful. It teaches mindfulness exercises. It's so important to destigmatize such thoughts, as way too many people carry them in silence. Removing the shame and guilt attached to them is so important. I hope everyone is well :)
i struggle with social anxiety as well going onto 4 years , it got so bad for me that i stopped going to school but im thinking of finding ways to help it
You’ll get through this!! I’ve struggled all my life but definitely got worse in 8th grade and still struggle to this day I learned to live with it but definitely takes a toll on my mental health but God has helped me get through every tough moment. You are not alone in this I felt alone in this all my life like why am I like this but it’s nice to know others struggle with the same thing and you’re not the only one
My brother stopped going to school as well because of his social anxiety but decided to go back 2 years later. Try working on your people skills and being exposed to a lot of new things! You got this. It’s all at your own pace

I like the coloring the books concept but I feel like when they’re talking you should look at them and pay more attention…. I know you are paying attention but it doesn’t look like it. This is only constructive criticism because I believe we always need to better ourselves or whatever we are working on.
