Excellent! Thanks for posting this video! He is one of the top Wu Shu athletes and traditional Kung Fu masters! He demonstrated very good Chinese martial arts in this and many other videos and combined all good position, speed, power, flexibility, balance and focus together. All moves in this video are very clear, direct and efficient. He also demonstrated very good whole body's move and shoulders and waist twist/rotation and very good support for all punches and kicks.
Very good six (internal and external) harmony! Master Liang didn't do it very fast in this video since it looks like just a demonstration or education video instead of competition. It can be used as your good reference if you want to do Xing Yi right and professionally like this one.
@guerillawashesface1 - I am happy the vid inspires to more and harder training - gl with your path in exploring the "inner" arts of Chinese martial Arts - peace
Great form and power. Only one problem...this is not the 5 element form. It appears rather to be the 8 word skill as it includes elements of the animal forms. The 5 elements have no such movements in it.
