Very interesting! When developing elastic strength, do you try to rigidly fix the lower body, leaving the knees as motionless as possible, and the upper body, on the contrary, relaxed and twisting in all directions? To develop the elastic body, you have to fix the feet. Knees should not be fixed. The whole body twist.
