Eating Kao Baozi (lit. Baked buns stuffed with mutton) in Hotan, Xinjiang
This restaurant features 12 enormous stoves.
Some of them are used to make kebab, some for Kao Baozi, and others for meat naan.
There are more than 40 staff busy cooking, from cutting the meat, making kebab strings and buns, to the actual roasting.
Standing by the stoves, you are already hungry by just smelling the aroma.
