How do you balance your relationship with your active lifestyle/going to bed early and waking up early? Hope it’s not too much of a personal Q! I’m super active and I feel like my relationship suffers sometimes! Just wondering how you navigate that? ❤
i had my season opener two days ago , 60m sprint, and it sounds like I had the same race experience as you did in Adelaide.. it sucks when you don't feel like your normal self in the race! But we look forward and learn from it :-) We get em next time ;)
