The receiver probably died because of over-voltage from the 7.4V from the ESC and the high power draw from the servo. You got lucky.. the 2085x are trash. I have gone through 4 of them after 10-20 hours of use on each… this is light use, mostly fields and parking lots. The stock 2085 is a massive piece of 💩

Still works, it’s just a gyro system in the receiver.

The PowerHD 65kg was quite bigger and would not fit. SUBSCRIBE!!!

The servo still works great with plenty of power and speed! I disassembled and reassembled the truck with ease and I still recommend this mod.

@@joshsrcs99% of people run the smaller Serbia with the adapter plate and they are all metal case and gear set and have huge power. You don’t need a 1/5 scale servo to have the best performance. To be honest half the 1/5 scale ones are just bigger housings and still same internal parts or power. The perfect pass monster 56kg is by far the best and at the best price. I’ve had mine for 4 years with extreme bashing and it fits perfect and was like $125.
