Val is an excellent choreographer. He gets the best from his partners. He also works well with contestants in Xochitls age range. He knows his boundaries but still manages to pull off the content

This was terrific! Great energy, dynamic movement and attention to detail. And this choreography looks like a much higher difficulty level than some of the others. Surely the judges must take account of that?

Xochitl is awesome! I loved her on “The Babysitter’s Club” and she’s doing such an amazing job on Dancing with the Stars. This paso doble was wonderful and was the best dance of the night. I can’t wait to see what else Val comes up with for Xochitl.
