Xoralia implementation step 6: Assigning documents for attestation 

Assigning documents to users to read allows for you to gain attestation reports, overall intending to ensure compliance of document consumption.
Using Xoralia, you can either assign single or multiple documents at once with the option to assign to an individual or Microsoft dynamic Active Directory groups.
The assignments can be a fixed or relative date assignment (relative date is advised if using AD groups) and can be a one-off or repeat/recurring attestation.
The users assigned attestation tasks will recieve both emails and Teams notifications (if the Teams app has been installed). They will also receive reminder notifications 30 days, 14 days, 7, 5, 3, 1, and every 7 days therefore of their pending task until they have completed their attestation. Notifications will be grouped into one email for efficiency.
