This local beach...La Barqueta...is rather clean and I'm certain has never been hunted with a pi... My son was using it several years ago...does a great job cutting through the black sand here....This sounds crazy but he was finding silver chains down to about 3 feet along with lots of junk jewelry...some trash too but not bad.
نوشتار با دوربین Hello how are you I have a question ? Do you think Deos 2 with Loop Extreme Hunter is good for a depth of 2 meters? How is it suitable for mountainous areas? And is it better than other devices of the same price or is there a more suitable option?
@@ehsansh7107 Hi, thanks for the comment.. Yes I think the extreme hunter is good for two meters on large objects, obviously mountain areas may not be the best digging down into rock? I had a Garrett gti2500 which also used the two coil add on on but the deus 2 would be where my money would be going👍 good luck
I don't think you can find a target with either of those detectors I can't find with my Minelab Sovereign or Explorer. Having said that, I do have a Manticore and I love it. Unfortunately, I have found most of the deep targets with my older detectors and now I just don't find many anymore. I really wonder if the investment is really worth it. I'm not talking about new sites, but talking about sites where I've used all my detectors.
I agree, I’m sure all vlf detectors have their limits.. it’s the tricky targets in iron etc that the new machines might uncover. The manticore opened my eyes on a few targets and like the equinox series can pick out very deep signals which have suprised me. I’ve been digging the not so perfect signals and have been surprised at what comes out the ground but then I’m still learning the manticore, lots to come with it thanks 😊👍
Halloo from Greece! I watch your videos i want to asking who metal detector is better for gold coins but around 80cm ? For example in 80 cm depth i got 20 gold coins togaither maybe inside in iron maybe not ! Around weight 10grms per coin all togaither 200 gr gold .! I look for metal detector and I can't decide... manticore. xp deus II .XP oxr .nokta simp . Monster gold 1000 Im really confused..
Hi@@pamphstrigkas6327 80cm is very deep, but if it’s hoard then you may have a chance with all of the machines you have listed. If you were solely looking for gold then the monster gold 1000 needs to be high on the list but everything else either the deus 2 or manticore. I am enjoying the manticore lately but like any machine you need to spend hours learning it to listen for those hard signals that may well be the deep gold you are searching for, sounds interesting and good luck hunting!😃
@@DIRTBROSDETECTING Thanks alot maybe i choice monster 1000 because i look only for alot of gold coins togaither like a small treasure . I wish you the best and good luck man ! 🙏🙏
I really enjoyed hearing the audio nuances in the tones on both the Deus II and Manticore, as from a prospective purchase point of view; I really appreciated having the opportunity to hear the tones on both machines really clearly. So, thank you for uploading a very informative video which helps potential purchasers of the Deus II and Manticore make an informed decision. Those two fibula brooches were awesome!
Thanks anthonywestwood8489 We are blessed with our fibula field 😊 And thanks for the kind words, hope the machine audio came out ok unlike the intro🙃 👍😊 good luck
@@DIRTBROSDETECTING The audio from both machines was clear as a bell. Plus, I agree with you about the audio lock-on capabilities of the Minelab machines, as the audio is always punchy and stops you in your tracks. Also, if the intro audio did have a glitch, it was more than compensated by the videography skills! Happy Hunting
Fantastic finds and a great video, thanks for making and sharing. I have the D2 and always wonder about the Manticore, after watching I don't feel like I would be losing or necessarily gaining either if I had the Manticore over the D2! :)
Thanks@@leonardjackman354 12” on a hammered in plough is pretty good for the manticore, suprised me tbh! But yes the D2 has plucked up some deep ones as well😊 cheers
@@Detect-Oregon 11” vs 11” the manticore is just as nice to swing as the d2 for me, I sold my 9” coil for D2 but I wonder how the new 9” coil for the manticore compares?
Thanks@@StevieMoore-q3c I agree, I can’t use the high square audio while running the D2 hot, whereas the minelab machines have a nack of making you stop without the drama even when running fairly low sensitivity, also the manticore handles emi a lot better than the D2 I’ve found, cheers😊
i still cant fault the nox 800 is better than both of these at depth way more stable.i have both these machines and still prefer the nox 800 it still the beast in my eyes
I’m sure the nox 800 would find 98% of the manticores, not sure on the stability at depth? I used to get one way hits on the nox on deep targets where the manticore can give you info moving all around the target, not taking anything away from the nox but you can feel they have worked to make it better, just my experience👍
