ORX wet beach / Heavy mineralisation Gold 1 # Salt mode = 17.2 khz Sensitivity 90 + - Frequency 17.2 Reactivity 3 Iron off Ground balance .. Away you go!... I found these settings in a video for heavy mineralisation / you may need to tweak the settings depending on your beach. I personally used Coin fast # salt mode as my beach was not heavily mineralised. Good luck!
Nice one Ash plenty of coinage and spendables. I found a large earring in the beach last week my first target huge like your one. Until the next one take care stay safe. John
Nice going Ash. After this video your stash of crusty pennies must be really big🤣. That was a lot of coins found. Looked a beautiful area. Well done mate. Stay safe 🦘🦘👍😁
Love this machine, deep on the fields!! x35 in the post, can't wait to cover more ground at least. will be fun to see if it pulls more than the HF. no clue on beach settings, don't have beaches here. nice coin shoot there! cheers m8!! TC&HH!! Joel
@@thesouthernsearcher Only really modern 1p and 2p coins seem to bubble with corrosion, just by being left in the rain. Only coins I find on the surface are like this. All coins I dig out of the ground are fine.. as long as they haven't been cut. All my coins go to the bank lol
Hello Southern!! I just became a follower I am in US california. I onw the same metal detector but I can't figure how to set it up for wet sand it beeps every time I move it around believe because iron. Can you pin point me on the settings please I just cant figure it out 😟. I will appreciate it ...
Hi there! I must admit it's not a great beach detector, it's ok for surface drops but being a single frequency machine they don't do great on wet sand. The only XP machine that is great and .deep on the each is the Deus II. It's been so long I can't remember my settings and I haven't used it on the each since sorry. I wish you luck with it and hope you find some great things.
Try 7.7khz Sens 90 or a bit higher until if falses then back off a little on the sens. Reactivity 2 to 3 Iron 7.5 Coin deep program Hold the hash button ,3 sec till you see salt come up next to your frequency reading. You could use this as a base for your settings. This is good on wet sand If your on dry you can use other frequencies and reactivity perhaps lower. Sens around 96 if it's trashy use coin fast. Hope this helps chap it's how I run my orx in the wet and dry :) in the dry you can crank up the power alot as mentioned but wet you might get away with 7khz or higher depending on your mineralisation in your area. :) Hope that helps
