Thanks for the demo video! I've been looking around for lighting as I'm DIY-ing music and lighting for our backyard wedding. I wrote off moving heads and went with just rockville up lights which have a pretty weak sound mode due to the mic lacking sensitivity. Going to add in a set of the 60W since I'll still use the uplights for general lighting and don't want the strobe effect to be too overpowering. So thanks again, hope your dad's 80th is solid
Ok... that was pretty dang cool!!! Unfortunately I’d never be able to figure all that out.... I can’t even figure out how to change the clock on my microwave 😂🤣😂
Great video. I bought 2 of these and tried doing master/slave mode as well with just the DMX cable connecting them together. I tried multiple settings in the SLND menu but when I try to use sound mode, they go out of sync pretty quick. It seems both mics are active so if one hears the sound a bit differently, it loses sync. Can you tell me how you set each one? Thanks for any info!
When it comes to the master slave mode only the master mic has to be on whatever the master dose the rest will follow I found it best to dmx thiese lights I used a wolfmix controler but I did have to create a profile for thiese lights make sure you have one light set to master and the other one in the correct slave setting dmx cable out from t he master and into the slave I hope this helps
Thanks for the reply. That's my problem. Even in master slave mode, both mics seem to be active. I have the master (DMX cable out) SLND set to auto (The manual says master but the only options are auto SL1 and SL2) and slave set to SL2 (DMX cable in)(slave mode). I tried the master as SL1 but no differences. I think I may return them. They seem to be defective.
@@etjny yes something don't sound right I can't get to mine untile Tuesday to look at the book I'm trying to tell u on memory I know I used sl1 as my slave setting it should be simple have you tried reversing the lights like setting the slave up to be the master and vice versa
