Finally, the rare few that knows how to actually take a photo & utilise the tool(s) at hand to it's fullest potential. I truly enjoyed your work & it definitely motivates me to be a better shooter.
The problem is that at this price, if it is necessary to go through the adjustments, the use of a tripod etc. a person will have better done to buy a real device with better ergonomics, quality and versatility. This phone lacks artificial intelligence to more simply use its main sensor.
Now this I was looking for, seeing so many normal reviewers that simply do not understand the power of photography, and their basic shots doesn't show how well it does at all!
It shows how Sony really cares and takes time to not only work on the design of the phone but to also design a camera system that is completely different. They make really good products from cameras to smartphones and I miss having a Sony Xperia and wish sometimes in the future that I'll own a Xperia pro i .
You got some amazing shots even in those conditions. But I must say my favourite is the last one you showed with the light, the fog, on the forest road, it's goddamn gorgeous
Very refreshing demo video. The results are very nice; are the full res photos pre post, or have you processed them through your denoise softwares? I was tempted to get the RX100 VII as I have Nikon D500 etc, and just looking for something I could pocket for convenience. As it happens my LG phone is suddenly dying and that is how I got here. Looks like a great combination for my needs. Thanks for posting your work, very interesting.
Thank you and I'm glad you liked it! The photos are edited but I haven't done any noise reduction to them! It's definitely a great phone for photography!
Really, really, really wish Sony had included a full featured auto mode as an option. I love this phone and camera setup but sometimes you just want to point and click, or capture some astrophotography shots, or photos in a dim bar etc without the time to set the camera up: it would be the best of both worlds then. That’s the only thing that’s stopping me getting this.
I've been following your work for a short time and as always incredible images and a great review/mini tutorial . It's great to see how you find creativity in every situation. You inspired me to grab my Camera phone and go capture the things I wouldn't have noticed before.
Thank you for the amazing review - the pictures are gorgeus! But I would like to know your opinion about this phone in comparison with Xperia 1 iii in terms of feeling in general and photo capabilities in particular
Hi. I am new to your channel and just wanted to say that I really liked the video. The music and your approach of testing the camera outside in the nature and not only talking about specs in your room at home. How would you rate the jpgs from the snap mode? I mean when you don't have much time to adjust everything in manual mode or hand the camera to somebody who just wants to press the shutter button.
Gillar att du inleder med att du inte känner inspirationen men ska försöka hitta något ändå och visar några ”bangers” 😍 speciellt när det kommer till skog känner jag alltid så 😅
Hello. Congratulations on your videos. I have a question I'm going to buy an xperia pro 1 and I would also like the command to take pictures (original sony) but sony support tells me that it is not compatible with xperia pro 1. But I saw in a video that you use it. It is compatible or something must be done to make it compatible. Hello and thank you.
The problem is that at this price, if it is necessary to go through the adjustments, the use of a tripod etc. a person will have better done to buy a real device with better ergonomics, quality and versatility. This phone lacks artificial intelligence to more simply use its main sensor.
From the beginning I admire sony products including the mobile phone experia unfortunately the price is not comparable to my pants pocket in what year this phone will drop in price to 300 Dollars I will buy it for the current price this phone is priced at 35.000.000IDR the amount is equivalent to a KLX 150CC OR CRF 150L motorbike and the price of a mobile phone is indeed this phone is very luxurious and quality, especially from the camera
Also, it's great to see someone who actually understands how to use a camera use this phone. Some of the big RU-vidrs (who I realise are just influencers whose real purpose is marketing) really have no clue whatsoever how something works if it's not an iphone.
From what we've been seeing previously, from tech reviewers, it was okay, like a bit over hyped and gimmicky, but seeing it in good hands, now we can see it's potential and how it actually supposed to be used, like an actual camera and not like a regular mobile camera
as usual beautifully enjoyable watch man. i Much prefer people that go out and try to use the camera the way they want to take picture instead of spec mumbling and doing mediocre shot to check its "objective" stats. just out on a serious session and actually handle the phone and give their impressions, playing around with its strength and limitation to get what they want.
Many thanks to you for sharing a piece of your creativity through the lens of the Xperia. I really enjoyed it! Picture do really speak for themselves, at least not shy of a thousand words. I believe that is what, it is all about; that is, for those who would like to take charge and take the time to dial it in. There is no replacement for the human factor, thank you Sony, until the next magical iteration. You have made a mark for yourself.
Nice one, I value manual mode also and the comments below are indeed correct; Some sites tell lies by taking all photos in Auto as they lack the creative talent on how to use a phone and or camera in full manual mode, then complain when "auto" does not give them what they want-naming no names GSM AND phoneA.......... It seems most review sites are simply in the pockets of "SpamDung" instead of doing a rela and honest investigation. Good on you fella nice one!
Omg... the image quality of this phone is magnificent. Sony really knows the True meaning of photography. I Just wish I knew how to use this phone too is full potencial. I Just so used to use point and shoot with my smartphone. That idea of using the xperia.. scares me so much LOL. I Just wish I had the knowledge. This xperia is fucking fantastic.
The picture you took @4:40 just stopped my heart. Such amazing shots and such an amazing video again! Thank you for being out there Olle! Keep up the good work! Always watching your channel!
Some viking words still exist in UK use,so s tream or in this case brook is as follows. Northern English beck British dialect bourn Scottish, Northern English informal burn Anglo Saxon a stream from a marsh consided to be a piddle ?
Good morning, I liked what you presented and the accuracy with which you presented this presentation regarding the Sony Experia pro device. I hope to get it. It is really great. Thank you for your effort, my friend. I am a fan of your greetings.
I was irritated, that you didn't even mention the Xperia once until the very end of the video and it felt a bit like it's solely about your challenge of shooting some half decent shots in the month of November. All of a sudden you pull out the vlogging screen and yet again you only spoke about how "they" offer this screen for this still unintroduced device with no name. Sure, you can tell from the title, but still to me the whole video felt like you forgot to mention the Xperia in the intro and telling what you want to do with it. That's why in the beginning I wasn't sure if the filmed B-Roll parts of the video were shot with Xperia. Later I realized you would only shoot stills with it. So please take this as constructive feedback, maybe I am the only one, but I surely missed the connection to the device in this video. One or two sentences at the beginning would have cleared things up, just think about people who come to your video via autoplay and haven't even payed attention to the title. Otherwise as always very likable dude and content!
Thanks for the feedback. And yes, I’m aware of it. Sometimes it doesn’t always go as planned when filming and planning. But I think majority of the viewers read the title before watching. But I didn’t think of the one’s that uses autoplay. So thanks for pointing it out 😊
Very nice to see a true photography lover who uses this phone to its fullest potential! Very nice video, you got yourself a new follower! Keep it up 💪🏼
