Yes , I had the same issue . while riding after 4 thgear when we move to 5 th sometimes it backs to 4th gear. I think the gear selector issue .

I'm a proud owner of xpulse 200 bs6 i took ride to Chennai from banglore we planned to visit within a day I dnt hv any complaint towards riders comfort rode continuously to Chennai n spent jst 1 hour there i came bck to banglore mileage vice he's a boss and we shd never expect a pillion comfort xpulse is not for a pillion traveler all around I'm full satisfied with my bike❤️

Do you think touring is possible in Xpulse 200 4V. With pillion + luggage in Ladkah? Rider + Pillion = 180KG Luggage = 20 -25 KG What is your opinion, Will the Engine have power to pull in mountains where oxygen is less?

Yeah bro... It will pull around 20kmph. Our load around 170-180KG for both rider and luggage.

@@thimurutamilzhangaming9430 What's your problem dude? Ladakh conditions are a bit challenging . Due to less oxygen. It's better to check with people who used that bike in that region. I took the Gixxer 250 solo and my bike was struggling with performance. If you have inputs, please feel free to share

I own xpulse 200, Yes , I changed the seat, put fog lamps and its switch off sometimes In the second gear or third gear. Never experienced 5 gear to 4 th gear.

@@ododiary7695 very nice bro. 7 hours drive no body pain. Height is the issue, 1. Very difficult to move back after parked 2. leg balance is difficult if it fall to the right side 3. Fell down means difficult to lift. 4. U turn is big u turn. But It can manageable, Every one sees my red horse. Very attractive bike.

13:06 bro what you have mentioned here, something similar is happening in my xpulse pro.. when i shift from 4 to 5, the gear indicator shoes a dash, and bike revs to 6000 rpm. my friend also said it happened to him but he updated his ECU at hero service and it fixed it.

bro i have Xpulse 200 i have driven 17k kms , as per my understanding change the clutch setting for your issue with gear and second gear sudden off. Also change the engine oil. Hero standard engine oil is not that much great

Thank you bro.. Yeah... We can improve comfort with seat modification. No heat issue for pillion. moreover luggage will cover most of the silencer area. However comfortness is depends on endurance of the riders during long ride like ladhak trip. You can try some long ride in local like 500km in a day to check your endurance in low cc bike like 100/120 CC. Actually we did this before our trip.(780km/day in CD100) 😄.

Bro am a xpulse owner in 2 gear you can't cruise in traffic, if you are not giving enough acceleration bike will off in traffic.and I didn't face any 5th gear issue .only issue is engine noise

Check your gear box if you're Getting any tick tick sound then there might be small gear part would be broken do talk with your hero dealer about this they will say its not an issue but ask them to check once

Do you mean tick tick sound just after engine goes off, which last few sec. They told this from catalytic converter . It's normal not an issue .

I too face minor engine issue.. Couldn't find a better service station in Hyderabad.. It was too good at beginning for both off/on road.. If we maintain same condition it will perform same... But finding a better service center is more difficult for Xpulse..

Yeah bro... My wife and I, We both travelled this amazing trip. Comfort is better with few seat modification. And took some short breaks whenever required.
